Organizational identification is the process of mutual choice and restriction between individuals and organizations.It is not only a psychological state,but also a guide to action.The university is one of the most stable and conservative social organizations in the world.However,with the change of knowledge form,the change of technology and institutional environment,the function of university organization becomes more and more diverse,and the organizational structure becomes more and more complex.The diversity of values and life style is an important feature of contemporary college students.So,how do students and universities choose and identify with each other in this era of change? In the context of the existing system,the university select and identify students mainly through the examination way;The selection and identification of university organization is more complex and changing.Therefore,the research on the structure of College Students' organizational identification is helpful to better understand the current situation of the development of college students and universities,So as to strengthen and improve the education and management strategies.This paper uses grounded theory research methods to explore the structure of College Students' organizational identification.First of all,the interview method is used to collect the data,The process of data collection and analysis is carried out simultaneously until the theory is saturated.Finally,the four dimensions of the structure of College Students' organizational identification are constructed : benefit identification,value identification,behavior identification,and its subordinate eight aspects:organizational attractiveness,individual subjectivity,consistency between individual and organization,organizational participation,conformity,harmonious interpersonal relationship,sense of belonging,identity perception.Finally,this paper analyzes the characteristics of college students and the problems existing in the management of College Students,puts forward some suggestions on the management of College administrators: Shaping a good image of colleges and universities to win the recognition of students;Blurring the identity of the student cadres,shaping the sense of ownership;Carrying out the flat management,expanding the autonomy of students;Realizing socialization of education and enhancing students' social adaptability;Rational use of herd mentality,strengthen the cohesion of colleges and universities.
