The junior high school stage is a stage of rapid physical growth of teenagers and also a stage of rapid psychological changes.At this stage,the interpersonal communication of junior high school students mainly comes from family,school and peers,i.e.family relationship,teacher-student relationship and peer relationship.Good interpersonal relationship is an important part in the process of junior high school students' physical and mental development and socialization,and is also a necessary condition for their mental health.The purpose of this study is to explore the intervention effect of group counseling on junior high school students' interpersonal intimacy,help them establish harmonious and friendly interpersonal relationships,obtain social support,meet their emotional needs,improve their self-confidence and sense of belonging,and develop healthy personality.Firstly,in this study,the relationship between family intimacy,teacher-student intimacy,adolescent intimacy,core self-evaluation and perceived social support of junior high school students was analyzed by questionnaire method,and the influence of three interpersonal intimacy on core self-evaluation and perceived social support was explored.Then,through the implementation of group counseling programs based on interpersonal intimacy,junior high school students' adolescent intimacy was intervened.The program consists of 8 hours,2 hours per week and 90 minutes.The main content includes 3 hours of interpersonal skills learning(listening,communication and cooperation),2 hours of independent inquiry(personality traits and wealth)and 1 hour of skill application.Finally,the group counseling effect was tested by analyzing the differences between the pre-test and post-test data of the experimental group and the control group in the intervention study.The results of the study are as follows:1.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the pre-test data of adolescents' intimacy,core self-evaluation and perceived social support.The two groups were homogeneous in general.2.The experimental group showed significant difference in adolescent intimacy before and after the intervention(p<0.05),showing that the post-test score(M ąSD=193.67 ą 25.76)was significantly higher than the pre-test score(m M ąSD=183.27ą29.94).3.In the core self-evaluation before and after the intervention,the post-test score(MąSD=33.73ą11.09)of the experimental group is slightly higher than the pre-test data(MąSD=33.47ą11.33),but the change is not obvious.4.The experimental group showed significant difference in perceived social support before and after the intervention(p<0.05),showing that the post-test score(m MąSD=68.13ą13.33)was significantly higher than the pre-test score(MąSD=62.60ą14.63).To sum up,it can be concluded that group psychological counseling on interpersonal intimacy has certain effect on improving junior high school students' adolescent intimacy.
