In recent years,in line with the transformation of the principal contradiction and fundamental task of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,China's brand strategy is embracing new missions and challenges to lead high-quality development and meet the needs of a better life.The arrival of the era of knowledge economy makes the competitiveness of modern companies no longer stay in price,cost and other aspects,but focus on human resources,brands and other intangible assets.High brand value can expand market share,constitute industry barrier,obtain more rich income and so on,domestic companies have slowly realized the key significance of brand value in the complex competitive environment.If enterprises want to pursue a long-term foundation,they must pay attention to the effective management of its brand value and its continued value-added with the development of the company.For the education and training industry for product homogeneity,brand value as the door of the enterprise affects the development of the company to a large extent.Therefore,enhancing brand value and core competitiveness of enterprises is an urgent problem for education and training enterprises.The key effective method is to improve the brand value management level of education and training enterprises.As the number of postgraduate candidates increases year by year,the postgraduate entrance examination training market is more and more huge.In such an environment,it still has a strong competitive edge.Brand value is also particularly important.This paper first takes the brand value of TQ education and training institutions as an example to study the brand value,source and brand value management.Analyze the current problems and solutions of its brand value.It is systematically expounded from three different perspectives:from the brand value management formation reason and the motive force,the management thought these three dimensions begin to carry out the theory analysis.Let the existing brand value management theory in the examples,for other training institutions to provide somereference.It will help to improve the overall management level of the brand value of education and training enterprises.
