Council issued [2016] No.27(April 21,2016);On September 10,2018,at the National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that" the education concept of health first.In order to help students enjoy fun,strengthen their physique,improve their personality,and exercise their will,the National Education Department released the implementation of the China Recruiting Physical Education Examination System in 1995,and it has been implemented in most provinces across the country.In accordance with the national spirit,the Henan Provincial Department of Education has formulated the "Notice of the Henan Provincial Department of Education on Effectively Doing the Work of the 2016 Physical Education Examination for Graduation from the Early Years of Middle School"(Educational points into the total score of the China Recruitment.At the same time,starting from 2018,the Zhengzhou Sports Examination Program has been changed from the previous "compulsory test + candidate optional project" mode to the "compulsory test + lottery unified test project + candidate optional project mode".The new test system is bound to It has brought a new impact on school physical education.Zhengzhou's school physical education recruitment examination has always been at the forefront of Henan Province and the country.Therefore,this article studies the impact of Zhengzhou's middle school entrance examination physical education reform,with a view to providing scientific front-line workers with scientific methods and theoretical basis for improving physical education,and for the orderly development and improvement of students' physical fitness for physical education and teaching reform in schools.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and othermethods to study the impact of the reform of Zhengzhou middle school entrance examination sports system on junior middle school physical education.The research results found that the junior high school graduates' physical education examination is a good policy to accelerate the reform of physical education in middle schools,which can effectively enhance the physical fitness of middle school students,and has the role of a benchmark for school physical education reform.The reform of Zhengzhou City's middle school entrance examination sports system has gone through three stages of exploration,comprehensive promotion and comprehensive reform.The reform of the sports system in the middle school entrance examination of Zhengzhou City has improved the status of sports in all subjects in middle schools;it has aroused great attention and investment from sports,schools,parents and students in sports.At the same time,it also brought pressure and motivation to the school's deputy leaders and teachers(physical teachers,class teachers,etc.).The constant reform of the sports system of the middle school entrance examination in Zhengzhou City has greatly promoted the physical education in middle schools.The continuous reform of Zhengzhou's middle school entrance examination sports system concept,examination mode,and evaluation methods has the greatest impact on students and the best results.In the reform of Zhengzhou City's middle school entrance examination sports system,the reform of middle school physical education has gradually transitioned to textbook content,projects,and student interests,but in general,it has not escaped from the test-oriented education model.Since the reform of the sports system of the middle school entrance examination in Zhengzhou,insufficient physical education teachers,field equipment and equipment,sports funding,and excessive student numbers have been important factors restricting the quality of physical education education content and methods,the comprehensive use of different teaching methods to optimize the teaching effect is the trend of the development of physical education in the future.On the basis of physical education projects,the classroom teaching content should be reasonably arranged in accordance with their own advantages,the contents of physical education textbooks,and students 'hobbies,and they should pay attention to students' mastery of physical education knowledge and sports skills.In terms of physical exercise habits,physical education teachers should pay attention to student
