for the orderly development and improvement of students' physical fitness for physical education and teaching reform in schools.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and othermethods to study the impact of the reform of Zhengzhou middle school entrance examination sports system on junior middle school physical education.The research results found that the junior high school graduates' physical education examination is a good policy to accelerate the reform of physical education in middle schools,which can effectively enhance the physical fitness of middle school students,and has the role of a benchmark for school physical education reform.The reform of Zhengzhou City's middle school entrance examination sports system has gone through three stages of
