In recent years,China advocates vigorously developing quality-oriented education,promoting the all-round development of students and strengthening physical education in schools.For junior high school students in the three years,this period is a very critical period for students,in this stage is the growth and development of students' body,the formation of sports skills,physical quality of the key stage.If students are trained in the correct way of physical exercise and strengthen their awareness of sports during this period,it will lay a good physical foundation for their future work and life through physical exercise.In recent years,the high school entrance examination has been constantly reformed,and the changes of the items with increased scores have also been highly valued by students,teachers and parents.In the context of the general trend,xinyang city has been committed to the reform and exploration of physical education in the senior high school entrance examination.In 2019,the senior high school entrance examination in xinyang city will face another major reform project setting reform,which is both an opportunity and a challenge.Each reform will directly affect physical education teaching.Through deep investigation to understand the current situation of junior middle school physical education and analyze the existing problems,and put forward the corresponding strategies for the development of physical education.Through the overall analysis of the data,the following conclusions are drawn;1.After the reform of physical education in xinyang middle school entrance examination,teachers and parents pay more attention to physical education,and students' attitude towards physical education has been greatly improved.Teachers' workload increases,PE teachers have obvious pressure,parents also pay more attention to students' PE class,the status of PE course has been significantly improved.2.In terms of teaching methods after the reform of xinyang middle school entrance examination physical education,physical education teachers have improved their teaching methods.The good teaching method of "learning non-determinate method,the most important thing is to get the method" enables students to better master sports skills,increase sports interests and improve the teaching quality.3.Xinyang city middle school entrance examination physical education reform score increase test items are constantly changing,students take the initiative to participate in physical education,increase the time students participate in physical education,improve students' sports ability,promote the development of students' physical health.4.The reform of physical education in the middle school entrance examination has a direct impact on the content of physical education teaching.Through the investigation,it is found that more than half of the physical education teachers in xinyang choose the content of teaching in the middle school entrance examination.5.The sports reform score of xinyang middle school entrance examination is increased and the items are changed,which is conducive to the improvement of students' physical quality and the development of xinyang middle school sports.6.Problems existing in physical education teaching in xinyang junior high school under the background of reform of senior high school entrance examination;After the reform of physical education in senior high school entrance examination,the teaching of physical education in junior high school is "examination-oriented",the reserve of physical education teachers is insufficient,the teacher-student ratio is unreasonable,the teaching mode of physical education in middle school is single,the students' interest in sports is not strong,and they lack the sense of lifelong physical education.
