The purpose of this study is to test the alleviation effect of self-acceptance based group psychological counseling on social anxiety of junior high school students through educational experiments.A random sample of zhengzhou city Z middle school the first grade to grade students in junior high school students 477 people participate in the questionnaire,using interaction anxiety scale(IAS)and self-acceptance questionnaire(SAQ)to assess the research object of self-acceptance and social anxiety score,adopt the method of self-acceptance group counseling intervention on social anxiety of junior middle school students,the plan,a total of 8units,each time 2 hours.Forty-nine students with scores greater than 49 on the IAS scale were selected,and 25 students were randomly selected as the group psychological counseling intervention group and the remaining 24 students as the control group.In this paper,the intervention group of group psychological counseling on social anxiety of junior high school students was studied.The results show that:1.Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the pre-test data of social anxiety and self-acceptance between the intervention group and the control group(p>0.05),which was generally homogeneous.2.After the intervention,there was a significant difference in the total score of social anxiety in the intervention group(p<0.001),which was significantly lower in the post-test(49.52±8.89)than in the pre-test(41.00±9.92).3.After the intervention,intervention group in total scores of self-acceptance and its factors exist significant differences(p < 0.05),self acceptance(41.78 ± 7.14)after the total score of test score significantly higher than the previous test(33.72±6.66),self acceptance factors of measurement(21.40±6.25)were significantly higher after a pretest score(17.16±4.41),self assessment factors of measurement(20.36± 4.14)were significantly higher after a pretest score(16.56 ±4.68);4.After intervention,there was no significant difference in the total scores of social anxiety and self-acceptance and their factors in the control group(p>0.05).Accordingly,this study concludes that:Social anxiety of junior high school students can be effectively improved through self-acceptance group psychological counseling...
