Excessive test anxiety will affect the physical and mental health of middl e school students and academic performance. Influence the cause of the high school students the test anxiety of mainly comes from the improper recognitio n of itself or the examination, not objective and comprehensive grasp their ow n test state, etc. On the psychology of the cognition to their own thinking an d learning activities and monitor said as meta-cognition.Students meta-cognitive ability in the process of learning a lack of will produce anxiety, affect learni ng performance.So, can be trained meta-cognitive ability to enhance student’s s tudy enthusiasm, improve the students’ learning strategies, reduce the student’s test anxiety.This study is based on universal meta-cognitive training methods, the con cept from the proposed the test preparedness, operate the test preparedness fo r meta-cognitive training methods.By using the test preparedness to improve th e students’ meta-cognitive ability.This study plan definition on exams that test preparedness is before the exam, individuals for their own physical and mental changes during the test and evaluate knowledge system and the adjustment o f meta-cognitive process. After completion of the test preparedness is defined,the researchers compiled the test plan, and compiled the dominated by the test preparedness group guidance scheme, by manipulating the test plan group au xiliary scheme to verify the test plans for training students’ meta-cognitive abil ity and adjust the effect of test anxiety.This study on the implementation of the operation test plan group guidan ce plan, with test anxiety questionnaire and meta-cognition questionnaire as sel ection criteria. Selecting moderate between test anxiety and meta-cognition sco re(85 ~ 95) of 24 students,randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group quasi-experimental design,to verify the test plan group guida nce for training of meta-cognition, the effect of the intervention test anxiety.Studies the following conclusions:By using meta-cognition questionnaire and test anxiety questionnaire to sc reen the subjects, the design of the experimental group and control group to v erify the effect of the test plan group guidance scheme research shows that: t he experimental group after group counseling meta-cognitive score rise, test an xiety scores dropped significantly, students learn to ascend, and increment and the control group with significant difference. Both the institute’s test plan gro up guidance plan use effect is good, the use of the test preparedness can effe ctively train students’ meta-cognitive ability and to reduce the effect of test an xiety.
