Study On Intelligent Improvement Of Financial Informatization In YZ Normal University

With the expansion of the university scale,the financial management of colleges and universities is becoming more and more complicated,external factors such as educational informatization and financial reform also promote the reform of financial informatization in colleges and universities,under the influence of internal and external factors,College financial information reform is very urgent.In recent years,with the development of information technology,the reform of financial informatization in colleges and universities is gradually developing towards the direction of intelligence.Efficient and intelligent financial management information system can greatly improve the working environment of financial management,and improve financial efficiency.At the same time,it can also free accountants from the basic accounting work,and promote the accountants change from accounting personnel to management personnel.Thus,it can make accountants play the function of financial supervision.This paper studies on intelligent improvement of financial informatization in YZ university,it not only complies with the requirements of The Times,but also aims to solve the practical problems in the process of financial informatization.In this paper,literature induction,field research and comparative analysis are used to study the intelligent improvement of financial informatization in YZ university.The paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,it mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research ideas and methods.The second chapter reviews the research status of financial informatization at home and abroad.The third chapter analyzes the current status and problems of the financial informatization in YZ university.This chapter focuses on the analysis of the use of financial information in budget management module,accounting module and charge management module.Thus,it can find out the problems existing in the process of using financial informatization.The fourth chapter expounds the significance of the intelligent improvement of financial informatization from four aspects:improving financial work efficiency,transforming financial management functions,integrating financial data and improving financial service level.The fifth chapter puts forward the improvement measures according to the problems existing in the use of the three modules.The sixth chapter provides guarantee for the improvement of financial informatization from the perspective of human,financial,material and security risk prevention and control.The last chapter summarizes the full text and looks forward to the future direction of financial informatization reform in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the three most important aspects of the financial management of YZ university,and puts forward the improvement measures,it hopes to solve the practical problems in the process of financial informatization of this university,and provide a reference for the reform of financial informatization of this university,and help the university better improve the efficiency of financial management,and also provide reference for the reform of financial informatization of other universities.
