Research On The Professional Identity Of The First Counselors In Colleges And Universities In Yunnan Province

The team of political counselors in colleges and universities is the main force in the ideological and political education of college students.The low professional recognition in the early stage of work will not only lead to the lack of work enthusiasm of some counselors,but also affect the stability of the counselor team and even the loss of human resources.Therefore,paying attention to the status quo of the professional identity of college junior counselors,understanding the key factors affecting the professional identity of college junior counselors,and improving their professional identity are not only important for the professional development of the initial counselors,but also a stable counselor team and The inherent requirements for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students.This research carried out research through questionnaires,interviews,observations,statistical analysis and other research methods.The research status of professional identity at home and abroad,the connotation,influencing factors,structural dimensions of the college counselors and the research status of the initial counselors were carried out.Combing and summarize,and define the professional identity of the initial counselor as the recognition and praise of the counselor's occupation by the counselor with a working period of less than four years.This study is based on the theory of teacher professional development stage,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,and Bandura's theory of self-efficacy,and combines the party,state and country's policy interpretation of the source,the dominant and the specialization of the team of counselors.The theoretical basis for the research of the professional identity of the initial counselor was constructed.This study divides professional identity into four dimensions: occupational cognition,occupational emotion,professional will and professional behavior.After statistical analysis of the data,it is found that there is no significant difference between the initial counselor's professional identity and demographic variables.The study found that the overall level of professional identity of junior counselors in Yunnan Province was high,but there were problems such as incorrect professional cognition,lack of professional will,lack of professional knowledge,and limited channels for self-improvement and development.The professional recognition of the first counselors in Yunnan Province was influenced by society,schools and individuals.National guidelines and policies,administrative staff,professional teachers and students' support for their work,spiritual incentives in school incentives,family members' support for their work,and initial counselors' own professional interests,professional emotions and professional attitudes Waiting for the positive impact on the professional identity of the initial counselor.In view of the problems existing in the career counseling of the initial counselors and the analysis of the influencing factors,this study proposes to improve the professional identity of the first counselors from the three dimensions of individual,school and society.In terms of individual dimensions,based on the establishment of correct professional cognition,the first counselor should develop his own good professional emotions and professional will and build a professional ability that matches the counselor's occupation.As far as the school dimension is concerned,on the basis of the strict counselor's occupational admission system to ensure the professional status of the counselor,the college should improve the counselor's vocational training mechanism to ensure the initial counselor's professional ability,and give the first counselor a job system.Support also provides a good promotion and development space.As far as the social dimension is concerned,the initial counselor's active family support should be given at the same time as the initial counselor's professional environment support should be given to enhance the professional identity of the first counselor.
