Research purpose:To investigate the general characteristics of the relationship betwene teachers and students,school adaptation an d academic performance of junior high school students in Nantong sports school,and to investigate the overall characteristics of junior high school students,school adaptation and academic performance in Nantong sports school The relationship between teacher-student relationship,junior high school students'school adaptation,and academic performance guides parents and coaches to pay attention to the factors affecting students' academic performance,thereby promoting the common development of sports school student training and culture.Research objects and methods:220 students in the junior middle school of Nantong Sports School were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey by a convenient sampling method.Issue questionnaires on-site,collect them on the spot,and use uniform guidelines.Each student needs to complete three parts:basic information,teacher-studten relationship scale,and school adaptation questionnaire.A total of 220 questionnaires were distributed,201 were recovered,21 invalid questionnaires were excluded,and the remaining 180 valid questionnaires.This research mainly uses SPSS20.0 and Amos24.0 for statistical analysis.First,the independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance were performed on the junior high school students' teacher-student relationship,school adaptation,and academic performance in Nantong Sports School;then,correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between teacher-student relationship,school adaptation,and academic performance.Two analyses;finally,construct an intermediary model to test the intermediary role of school adaptation.Research results:(1)The teacher-student relationship of junior high school students in Nantong Sports School is at a medium level,the school adaptation is at a moderately high level.and academic performance is at a moderately low level;(2)In the junior high school of Nantong Sports School,girls are better than boys,Junior one is better than junior two,junior third is better than junior two,rural students are better than urban students,after-school cultural assignments assigned by coaches are better than training assignments:In school adaptability,girls are better than boys,and junior ones are better than junior ones.Second,third grade is better than second grade,rural students are better than urban students:In terms of academic performance,girls are better than boys,second grade is better than first grade,second grade is better than third grade,coaches care about the frequency of cultural lessons 2-3 a week Times are better than 1-2 times,and 2-3 times are better than 7 times.(3)There is a positive correlation between teacher-student relationship and school adaptation in Nantong Sports School's junior high school.School ackptation and academic performance show a positive correlation.Teacher-student relationship and academic performance also show a positive correlation.Research conclusions:(1)The teacher-student relationship of junior high school students in sports schools in Nantong has a predictive effect on school adaptation and academic performance.(2)Nantong sports school junior high school students' school adaptation plays a full mediating role in improving the academic performance of teacher-student relations.
