The main task of junior high school students is learning.Academic performance is one of the important indicators for educators,parents and students to evaluate their learning ability.Junior high school is the critical period for individuals to face physical and psychological development.With the growth of age,junior high school students' interpersonal communication gradually increases.Therefore,in the interpersonal communication of junior high school students,teacher-student relationship and peer relationship are particularly important.In order to explore how the teacher-student relationship and peer acceptance affect the academic performance of junior high school students and its intrinsic complex chain mediating role,this study used a questionnaire survey to measure 272 junior high school students in three grades of two middle schools in Beijing,including teacher-student relationship,peer acceptance,self-control,academic procrastination and academic performance.The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between teachers and students and academic procrastination.Partner acceptance mediates juniorhighschoolstudents' academicperformance.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The study found that in the teacher-student relationship,the second-grade students are significantly lower than the first-grade students,the third-grade students are significantly higher than the first-grade and second-grade students,and the third-grade students' self-control ability is much higher than the first-grade students.In addition,compared with girls,boys are more likely to accept peers.(2)Teacher-student relationship,peer acceptance,self-control and academic performance were positively correlated,while peer acceptance and self-control were positively correlated.Academic performance showed a positive correlation with peer acceptance,and also positively correlated with self-control,but negatively correlated with teacher-student relationship,peer acceptance,self-control and academic performance.(3)Self-control and academic procrastination play a mediating role in the influence of teacher-student relationship and peer acceptance on academic performance of junior high school students.
