The completion of teaching tasks and the improvement of teaching quality can not be separated from appropriate teaching methods.The adjustment and reform of teaching methods have attracted much attention for many years,and people have been exploring the best teaching methods to ensure better teaching results.In the course of teaching,the students are divided into small teaching steps with complete contents.After studying the teaching contents assigned by the teachers,the students practice themselves.After the practice,the teachers follow the class to test the students' mastery.According to the test.the teachers decide which students can enter the next stage of study if they can not Complete mastery of what is learned will continue to learn the previous content until the students can skillfully complete the learning task of a teaching method.Such teaching methods are often used in physical education teaching,and have achieved better teaching results.In this study,using experimental method,questionnaire method and other research methods,the experimental group and the control group were tested to explore the influence of procedural teaching method on the development of students' volleyball pad and pass technique,physical quality,interest and ability The results show that:1.in terms of physical fitness,the experimental group using the program teaching method and the control group using the traditional teaching method have improved the test results of speed and strength quality index,but there there is no significant difference in the test results of the sensitive quality index after the experiment.2.in the evaluation of volleyball pad and passing technique,the experimental group and the control group with traditional teaching method can improve the students' technical evaluation results significantly.3.the experimental group using the program-based teaching method and the control group using the traditional teaching method can improve the students' achievement of the standard significantly,and the difference of the test achievement after the experiment is significant.The program-based teaching method is more helpful for students to master the technique of volleyball pad and pass.4.in the field of ball control ability,according to the situation of post-test,the procedural teaching method is more conducive to the control of the ball in the process of passing and pad the ball.5.in terms of classroom atmosphere activity,according to the students' coognition after the experiment,the classroom with the program-based teaching method is more active than the classroom with the traditional teaching method,and the program-based teaching method is more conducive to creating a positive and active classroom atmosphere...
