Under the background of promoting the integration of physical education,how to improve the traditional teaching methods,improve the volleyball skills and students’ basic technical ability;as the foundation of volleyball skills,it is very basic and important.In this study,two classes of volleyball general courses in physical College of Sichuan University of Arts and Sciences were studied,and the experimental group and control group were set up.Taking volleyball pass and ball cushion as the teaching content,the peer teaching method is used to conduct empirical research,and compare the classroom effects.Using literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method in the form of experimental research,which breaks the traditional peer teaching method,uses more specific skill evaluation experiment,and make up for the traditional peer teaching method theory teaching experiment only relies on questionnaire.Before the start of the experiment,the experimental class and the control class were measured to reduce the influence of other factors on the experiment.The peer teaching method was applied to the general volleyball class,and through the experimental research,the students’ participation in the experimental class was significantly improved,which was reflected in the students actively asking questions in class,actively answering questions in class,and achieving significantly better than that of the control class.The experimental class has a good learning attitude,which is reflected in the high enthusiasm of students in learning,more confidence in learning volleyball,and more concentrated attention in class.Peer teaching method can improve the classroom atmosphere of volleyball teaching and improve students’ participation and learning attitude.The traditional peer teaching method to improve the interest in learning,this paper has not been verified,but the learning enthusiasm has been significantly improved,peer teaching method in volleyball teaching with more basic enthusiasm as the starting point,to improve the students’ learning effect.The cooperation ability of the experimental class has been significantly improved,group cooperation to solve problems,team cooperation,and experience the spirit of volleyball in the learning process.The experimental class has a more relaxed and pleasant learning atmosphere,which makes students more motivated;learn through teamwork and can experience the volleyball collective honor spirit.The peer teaching method failed to get significant differences in simplifying the technical movement understanding,reducing the difficulty of movement and shortening the time of movement proficiency.The experimental verification is in line with the classroom teaching observation and the objective law of skill learning.Compared with the learning of theoretical concepts in the traditional theory teaching,the combination of learning and practice is the only way to learn skills.The peer teaching method can improve the technical level of passing and passing ball,and the experimental class significantly improves the performance of passing ball,self-passing and passing;the technical evaluation result is significantly better than that of the control class,and the technical action of the experimental class is more stable and accurate,and the level of automation is high,which is mutually verified with the questionnaire survey.The test score failure rate of the experimental class is lower,the average score is higher,and the overall score is better than the control class.Traditional peer teaching method is put forward to improve students’independent thinking critical thinking,this paper is not experimental validation,peer teaching method on skills form automation stage,through classroom cooperation group practice,class practice,consolidate volleyball,ball movement automation,narrow the exam difference,improve the class overall performance.It can be concluded that the peer teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method.By improving the classroom teaching of transmission and ball cushion and improving the mastery of students’skills,it is worth further research in the field of volleyball skills teaching.
