Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Employment Service For The Poor In Zibo City

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that employment is the biggest livelihood.China should adhere to the employment priority strategy and active employment policy to achieve higher quality and full employment.At present,the employment situation in China is generally stable,but facing the downward pressure of economy and the complex external environment,the employment situation in some regions is still severe.As the first of the "six stabilities",stabilizing employment plays an important role in dealing with economic and trade frictions effectively and ensuring stable economic operation.Zibo city regards "stable employment" as the top priority of its work,takes the initiative to solve the pain and difficulty of blocking points,and the employment situation remains stable.In order to do a good job in the employment of the disadvantaged groups,ZiboCity has been expanding the employment channels and providing higher quality services for them according to their needs in different levels of employment,training and entrepreneurship support.At the same time,we will strengthen classified assistance for the needy and ensure that at least one member of the zero employment family will be employed.However,there are also some challenges in the public employment service for the people with employment difficulties in Zibo City.The employment space for the elderly,the disabled and the people without professional skills is constantly narrowing,and the contradiction between the total amount of employment and the structural contradiction is prominent.Based on the relevant theoretical research of the public employment service for the people with employment difficulties,this paper finds that the current public employment service for the people with employment difficulties has the problems of insufficient supply of service system,lagging service means and lack of targeted service content.Through the analysis of the causes of the problems,combined with the relevant theories of public management,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures of strengthening the public service system guarantee,innovating theservice means,enriching the service content and improving the public employment service system by promoting the informatization construction.Through the research,I hope to provide some reference for the development of public employment services for the people with employment difficulties in Zibo,and provide some reference for the employment assistance for the people with employment difficulties.
