With the increasing attention of people from all walks of life in the community,the employment situation of the disabled has improved gradually in the past few years.Because of its own disability,intellectual disabilities have been discriminated and prejudiced by the mainstream society for a long time,and it is extremely difficult to obtain employment.All along,mentally retarded people rely on families and Society for access to life,resources and welfare,but they have not created material wealth.However,through career guidance services,they can realize their own value,thus solving the problem of employment for mentally retarded persons.In fact,their employment problem is not only a personal problem,but also a source of economic support for their entire family.The essay takes Shanghai HL Disabled Service Agency based on the students with moderate mental retardation of the mechanism as the research object,studied the use of interviews and case analysis on the agency of the disabled employment service model.The essay discusses the basic characteristics of moderate mental retardation students agency and supportive employment service agency to carry out the situation and carry out the service effect,and through the case analysis agency in support of employment service method summed up the moderate mentally disabled employment problem and HL social organization with intellectual disabilities.Finally,some suggestions and opinions for the supportive employment service of the moderate intellectual disabilities are provided,which can also provide some references for how social work can involve in supportive employment services for people with intellectual disabilities...
