Research On Theoptimized Path Of The "Integration Of Production,Life And Ecology" Of Sports And Leisure Town

Sports and Leisure Town,the sun raising industry with great momentum,is innovative in sports industry.It provides a new platform and space to build a powerful sports country through the overall connections and integrations with cultural and travel industries,serving as the“bridgehead”to achieve the dream of building a powerful sports county.Meanwhile,Sports and Leisure Town is an essential method to mediate major contradiction in our society and promote the revitalization in rural areas and new urbanization.With the multi-faceted support of policy,economy,and social environment,towns are emerging in various places.The active exploration of the government and society aims to expand it and contribute to the regional construction.With the exploration and practice of the construction of Sports and Leisure Town,some progress has been made.On the one hand,the layout of the sports service industry and the combination of fashion and sports in the towns meet people's growing demand for sports and leisure.The town has become a new era of society.An important material carrier of contradictions.On the other hand,the town promotes the coordinated development of urban and rural areas while attracting enterprises and absorbing employment.Its construction injects new vitality into the regional economic development.The town has become an important space for the evolution of the sports industry in the context of coordinated urban and rural development.However,in the process of town construction,problems such as"confused understanding","ordinary industrial characteristics",and "risk of real estate”have appeared,which have restricted the construction and development of the town and attracted widespread attention from the government and society.This study combines the concept of "Integration of Production,Life and Ecology" put forward by the State Sports General Administration,and takes the theory and practice of Sports and Leisure Town as the research object.Regarding the“Integration of Production,Life and Ecology”as the guiding ideology,this paper uses literature research,system and case analysis,combing the logical relations between the construction of Sports and Leisure Town and the”Integration of Production,Life and Ecology" to construct the "Integration of Production,Life and Ecology" system of Sports and Leisure Town.Also the author uses this as a theoretical basis to clarify the town's"Integration of Production,Life and Ecology",realistic demands and practical constraints.Furthermore,this paper constructs an optimized path of"Integration of Production,Life and Ecology" of a Sports and Leisure Town,and provides case support for the path with the help of the "Rizhao Pattern" of Rizhao Olympic Water Sports Town.The following conclusions are drawn through the research:(1)The "Integration of Production,Life and Ecology" is the starting point for the construction of Sports and Leisure Town.There is an obvious "mutual promotion relationship" between the elements of the town's "Integration of Production,Life and Ecology" system.The emergence of Sports and Leisure Town is the exploration of the administrative area of "town" in the new social background.It is an extension on the basis of towns.It is the whole process of injecting "sports and leisure" as a feature into the construction of "town".The "Integration of Production,Life and Ecology" of the construction of Sports and Leisure Town is not only an important manifestation of its "town" function,but also an important foundation for the development of "sports and leisure".The composition and development elements of Sports and Leisure Town are divided into three parts:"living subsystem","production subsystem" and"ecological subsystem".The three subsystems together form a sports and leisure town and support the small Sports and Leisure Towns.The construction and development of the town,there is a complex coordinated development and symbiotic integration between the "life","production" and "ecology" of Sports and Leisure Town,and its healthy development is the embodiment of the "Integration of Production,Life and Ecology".(2)The "Integration of Production,Life and Ecology" is the foothold of the construction of Sports and Leisure Town,but there are contradictions in the"Integration of Production,Life and Ecology" in the practice of town construction.The "Integration of Production,Life and Ecology" of the construction of new Sports and Leisure Town is a realistic demand for the "Integration of Production,Life and Ecology" development in the environment,and it is also an effective path for the integration of urban and rural development and the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.The spatial contradiction of the "Integration of Production,Life and Ecology" support system,exploring the "theoretical model" of the town construction process.The paper proposes to coordinate "Integration of Production,Life and Ecology" and reshape the "the function of the integration of Production,Life and Ecology" of Sports and Leisure Town.(4)Looking back at the construction and development of the Rizhao Olympic Water Sports Town,it is in line with the concept of "Integration of Production,Life and Ecology" from planning to the overall development.Through the coordination of"Sports+Poverty Alleviation","One Industry Diversity" industrial layout,it targets at building "Wanpingkou Seaside Ecological Plaza",extensively carrying out national fitness activities,boldly launching "1+4+N" management.The operation mode is to deeply explore the "Integration of Production,Life and Ecology" of the town and truly realize the deep integration of the "Integration of Production,Life and Ecology"of the town and enhance its competitiveness.
