With the continuous development of graduate examination training education,Postgraduate entrance examination training institutions have developed rapidly,setting up branches in cities all over the country.The white-hot competition in market and less differentiation degree among the training institutions make their differentiated service highly depend on the training of personnel and other personnel professional skills to provide services.The core competitiveness of enterprises come from outstanding training of personnel and employees.As a result,the best employees become the object of competition among various training institutions.Many problems,such as pressure of work,high working intensity,irregular working hours,unreasonable remuneration system,lead to employee turnover,has become a common phenomenon in graduate examination training education.It has become an extremely important problem that troubles training institutions.The employees leave flow easily to join rival companies or become new competitors,resulting in the negative effects to the company.Therefore,this imminent problem of employee turnover is most crucial in such a fierce competition environment.Wendu education is a leader in the postgraduate training market.With the enterprise growing and improving,the problem of employee turnover is gradually emerging and employee turnover has been high inrecent years.This paper chooses Wendu education as the research object.The combination of qualitative and quantitative method is adopted to find the influencing factors and causes of employee turnover in this enterprise,and gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the relevant theories of employee turnover,this paper analyzes the present situation and influence of Wendu education employee turnover,Secondly Wendu education employee turnover intention and influencing factors by questionnaire survey.The analysis of comprehensive investigation and statistics from the individual,enterprise internal,enterprise external and family angle according to the questionnaire information;then were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis,significance analysis and correlation analysis to the data,in order to analyze the influencing factors of Wendu education employee turnover.The individual,enterprise internal and family factors have a strong negative correlation with employee turnover.In terms of the structure of employee turnover,The turnover rate of employees with the characteristics of under 30 years old,sales position,low education,low income,unmarried,not pregnant,and job-hopping experience is higher.Finally,according to the analysis results,combined with the actual situation of Wendu education,put forward targeted countermeasures and Suggestions to reduce employee turnover.The research results on countermeasures of employee turnover not only can help Wendu education to raise the level of human resourcemanagement,improve the employee's work enthusiasm and work efficiency,improve employee job satisfaction,strengthen enterprise cohesion,to reduce employee turnover,make the enterprise to enhance competitiveness,promote the long-term development of the enterprise.At the same time,the research conclusion similar to graduate examination training institutions also has a reference value,to reduce the employee turnover of the industry,promote the industry's healthy and sustainable development.
