| As we all know,Chinese parents have always had the desire for their children to "become a dragon" and "to be a phoenix" for their children,which also provides fertile soil for the rise of the training industry.When it comes to training institutions,the core competitiveness is teachers.With the expansion of the industry,the number of branch schools is increasing day by day.Because of the rapid development of the industry,the demand for teachers is also expanding,which ultimately leads to huge pressure on the demand for teachers by training institutions..However,if companies want to do a long-term business,employers should not blindly consider where to "dig" or where to recruit qualified teachers.Instead,they should consider more about how to improve teacher loyalty and how to retain teachers.Therefore,caring for teachers and keeping teachers loyal to the company has become a very important issue for employers.Aiming at this problem,this paper studies the current situation of employee satisfaction and turnover intention of A education and training institutions based on expectation theory,demand hierarchy theory,two-factor theory and other theories,and finds out the relationship between employee satisfaction and turnover intention,and proposes a solution Countermeasures.First of all,from the overall situation of the training institution,an overall overview of the questions,the significance of the research,the background of the research,the explanation of the related concepts and the results of the research,and the research methods and ideas are given.Secondly,it defines the job satisfaction and turnover of teachers in training institutions,and studies the current situation at home and abroad on the factors that affect teacher job satisfaction and the influencing factors of turnover intention.Furthermore,taking A education and training institution as an example to introduce New Oriental Education and Technology Group,a large amount of space has given a detailed description of the general situation of A education and training institution,including the situation of the campus,the situation of teacher resignation,and environmental factors.Thirdly,in view of the influence of organizational factors on turnover intention,the author started from the design,distribution,collection,and data analysis of the questionnaire,including reliability and validity analysis,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,etc.It further confirms that the problems to be studied and organizational factors have an impact on turnover intention,and the author further provides relevant suggestions for the problems and results of the research.Finally,based on the results of the research in this article,I summarize and look forward to the hope that it can play a constructive role in the issue of teacher turnover in training institutions. |
