| For a long time,people have paid more attention to the academic morals of the "mature" research population,and lack of attention to the potential academic research crowd-the academic morals education of postgraduate students.The academic morals of postgraduate students is usually treated as a school management content.In the past,this change in perspective cannot be regarded as a serious concern for academic research and graduate education.This study will jump out of the school's management perspective and start with the research literacy that "mature" researchers should have,trying to find gaps and problems in the academic moral identity of graduate students.First,based on the literature about morality and academic morality,identity and moral identity,the author further clarified that the connotation of postgraduate student academic moral identity is a process where a graduate student accepts and internalizes the content of academic morality,transforms it into moral will motivated by academic moral emotion and then externalized it into academic moral behavior.The academic moral identity of postgraduate students has the characteristics of academicality,subjectivity,sociality and process,and is composed of academic moral cognition,academic moral emotion,academic moral will and academic moral behavior.Meanwhile,adopting questionnaire and interviewing methods,th is research aims to understand the actual status of postgraduate stu dents' academic moral identity by handing out the questionnaires an d conducting in-depth interviews with postgraduate supervisors and postgraduate students.The research found that overall level of postg raduate students' academic moral identity is relatively ideal,but ther e are still many problems including the unbalanced local developme nt of postgraduate students' academic moral identity and low moraself-consistency.Therefore,postgraduate students' academic moral id entity still faces such great challenges as ambiguity and biases in a cademic moral cognition,negative experience in academic moral em otion,reality interests contradiction in academic moral will and lack in academic moral behavior.Through the analysis of the above pr oblems in combination with the interview data,the purpose of this thesis is to explore the factors influencing the academic moral ident ity of postgraduate students from the internal and external perspecti ve,that is,subject's self-contradiction and lack of external security.Last,after exploring and reflecting the causes,this author proposes specific measures to enhance the academic moral identity of postgraduate students.From the perspective of postgraduates' subject,postgraduates should regard the academic work as their ambitions,and make constant self-adjustment mainly including the identification of identity and the willingness to shoulder academic responsibilities;the stimulation of academic interest and persistence in academic pursuit;the examination of academic value and the adherence of academic original intention;the strengthening moral practice and the improvement of moral character and behavior.From the perspective of external mechanism,it is required to construct an external heteronomy system with cultivation as the purpose,which mainly includes the cultivation of free will and the implement of academic moral education;the enhancement of academic ability and the perfection of university talents' management;the strengthening of supervisors' personality and the exertion of moral influence;the optimization of academic ecological environment and the creation of benign moral atmosphere;the governance of moral indoctrination philosophy and the establishment of solid institutional guarantee. |
