Interpersonal communication is a very important aspect in the process of teenagers'socialization.Good interpersonal communication can make teenagers effectively obtain social information,enhance their self-consciousness,and get healthy development in physiology and psychology.But because of their own particularity,they can't learn and live the same as the healthy people,which leads to many psychological problems,and basic interpersonal needs can't be met.Physical disability accounts for the highest proportion of all disabilities in China,so it is very important to help adolescents with physical disability improve their sense of interpersonal self-efficacy and meet their interpersonal needs.This paper aims to explore how to improve the sense of interpersonal self-efficacy of the disabled adolescents.Based on the group dynamics theory and social learning theory,this paper adopts the group work method to carry out practice.The framework of the paper is divided into five parts:introduction,self-efficacy survey and needs assessment,group work practice,conclusions and suggestions.The first part mainly introduces the research background and questions,research purpose and significance,research methods and research ideas,and combs the relevant literature at home and abroad;the second part explains the related concepts and theories involved in the paper;the third part describes the current situation of the interpersonal self-efficacy of the disabled adolescents in detail,and analyzes their interpersonal self-efficacy The fourth part is the practice of group work.It introduces the preparation of the group,the six group activities and the evaluation of the group.The last part is the conclusion,reflection and relevant suggestions.The purpose of this study is to help the mutilated adolescents to recognize themselves again,use the power of groups to explore their own advantages and potential,help them improve their interpersonal self-efficacy,overcome the contradictions and resistance emotions in the process of social adaptation,so as to carry out normal interpersonal communication.
