| In recent years,China’s divorce rate continues to rise,the maintenance period of family marriage is getting shorter and shorter,and more and more families are facing disintegration.The increasing number of original family disintegration makes it possible to increase the proportion of reorganized families to a certain extent.After the family restructuring,no matter the family structure,family roles or the relationship between family roles and the mode of getting along have changed greatly compared with the original family,and these changes make family members at a loss for a while.Teenagers are not mature physically and psychologically,so they have a long period of dependence on their families.Therefore,most of the problems faced by the restructured families are mainly the psychological and behavioral problems of teenagers under the influence of the restructured families.At the same time,family and campus are both important subjects of individual socialization,which has a very important impact on individual socialization.Junior high school teenagers in compulsory education spend most of their daily life on campus,and the campus naturally becomes the main social occasion for junior high school teenagers.The negative impression of the family situation of the restructured family on the teenagers in junior middle school and the negative impact on the interpersonal communication of the teenagers in junior middle school make the teenagers face certain obstacles in the interpersonal communication on campus,which is bound to hinder the smooth realization of their socialization.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the interpersonal communication problems of adolescents in junior middle school.Three primary schools in W City,J Area as the research scope,through previous visit,the investigation object and its important others around(teachers,parents,classmates)interview to collect data,and use of《Interpersonal Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale 》for W City,J Area three teenagers screening among junior high school,Through empirical investigation,it is found that the current situation of interpersonal communication barriers in the junior middle school of reorganized families in J District,W City is mainly manifested in four aspects:conversation,communication,interpersonal communication and heterosexual communication.This study tries to explain the reasons for the interpersonal communication barriers of the adolescents in junior middle school from four aspects of individual,family,school and society.On the basis of the principle of feasibility,questionnaire survey,non-participatory observation and unstructured interview were used to investigate and screen the respondents,and finally 8 adolescents from reorganized families in the middle school of B school were taken as the service objects.Based on the three theories of cognitive behavior theory,the three dimensions of interpersonal needs theory and social learning theory as the guiding theory and the cognitive behavior theory as the main research theory,this study carried out developmental group intervention in four aspects of service object conversation,communication,interpersonal interaction and heterosexual communication,The purpose of this study is to improve the wrong cognition of the service objects to the reorganization of family and interpersonal communication,learn appropriate interpersonal communication skills,improve interpersonal communication ability and willingness,and finally alleviate or solve the interpersonal communication barriers of the service objects.At the end of the group work,this study used the Comprehensive Interpersonal Relationship Diagnostic Scale to conduct a post-test on the service objects and compared with the pre-test data of the service objects.Meanwhile,the task completion table and the service object satisfaction questionnaire were used as evaluation tools to evaluate the group intervention process and results in a unified manner.The evaluation results showed that the interpersonal communication barriers of 8 service objects were alleviated to a certain extent through social work intervention,but some service objects still remained at a relatively serious level in interpersonal communication barriers.At the same time,the change of the service object in the aspect of conversation and communication is more obvious,the second is the reception,the least change is the opposite sex communication,which indicates that the research on the opposite sex communication of adolescents in the reorganized family needs to be focused on by scholars in the future research.This study will put the professional method of group work into practice in the process of professional learning,thinking about the success and deficiency of group activities,to explore the necessity,feasibility and limitations of group work intervention in the interpersonal communication barriers in the context of junior high school. |
