Learning anxiety is the subjective response of students to threats,which is often related to the satisfaction of students' basic psychological needs.There are also theories and studies that suggest that parents,as important others of students,have an important impact on students' healthy psychology.Therefore,in view of middle school students' learning anxiety,this study introduces the variable of basic psychological needs into the research of parents' self support and learning anxiety,and explores whether parents' self support has an impact on middle school students' learning anxiety through basic psychological needs.In this study,1000 students from two urban middle schools and two rural middle schools in Zhengzhou were selected as subjects.The subjects were tested collectively with the self support scale of parents,the scale of basic psychological needs and the scale of learning anxiety of middle school students.Spss21.0 was used for independent sample t-test,correlation analysis,descriptive statistics,regression analysis and The treatment and analysis methods such as intermediary effect test are discussed.The results showed that:(1)There are differences in grade,regional type,class cadre and only child,parents' education level in the perceived parental autonomy support of middle school students;(2)The basic psychological needs of middle school students are different in gender,grade,regional type,class cadre and only child,parents' education level;there is no significant difference in independent support between gender and grade,there is no significant difference in relationship needs between gender,but there is significant difference in other demographic variables;(3)The level of learning anxiety of middle school students is different in gender,grade,region type,class cadre and only child,parents' education level;(4)There is a significant correlation between parents' self support,basic psychological needs and learning anxiety perceived by middle school students.There was a significant positive correlation between parents' self support and basic psychological needs and dimensions;there was a significant negative correlation between parents' self support and learning anxiety of middle school students;there was a significant negative correlation between basic psychological needs and dimensions and learning anxiety of middle school students(5)The three dimensions of basic psychological needs and autonomous needs,ability needs and relationship needs play a part of intermediary role between parents' autonomous support and middle school students' learning anxiety,which shows that parents' autonomous support can directly affect students' learning anxiety level,and can indirectly affect middle school students' learning anxiety through the satisfaction of basic psychological needs.Through the research on the relationship among parents' independent support,basic psychological needs and learning anxiety of middle school students,this paper makes a summary and puts forward relevant education suggestions and strategies: to create a good family atmosphere of parents' independent support;to meet the basic psychological needs of students as much as possible;to teach students the methods of emotion regulation and reduce their learning anxiety level.
