The most important thing for people in the society is to adapt to the changes of the external environment through their own continuous development.Students adjust themselves according to the external environment and their own conditions to make themselves balance with the learning environment gradually.The reason or purpose for individuals to engage in an achievement event can be called achievement goal orientation,which provides individuals with goal orientation and also becomes an internal "incentive" to engage in desirable or valuable things.It is a growing field.On the basis of sorting out the existing studies,this paper discusses the junior high school students' achievement goal orientation development status and junior high school students' learning adaptability for research,to explore their connection;Then,mediating variable learning resilience is added to further explore,so that junior high school students can set more reasonable achievement goals and make students better adapt to learning and make Suggestions.In this study,840 questionnaires were distributed to four junior middle schools in Zhengzhou,Anyang and Kaifeng,respectively,by using the four-part targeted question scale,the middle school students' academic resilience questionnaire and the middle school students' learning adaptive behavior scale.Descriptive statistics,independent sample t test,correlation analysis and mediating effect test were conducted on the data respectively.The research conclusions are as follows:First,junior high school students' achievement goal orientation is in the upper middle levelfrom the whole point of view.Most junior high school students mainly master the avoidance goal and take the least achievement avoidance.There were differences in demographic variables such as grade,family location and whether students lived in school or not.Second,the overall academic resilience of junior high school students is at a good level;In terms of grade,the highest level of academic resilience was grade one,and the highest level was grade three.In terms of family location,the dimensions of coping with difficulties of junior high school students were significantly higher than that of other students.In terms of whether students live in school or not,there are differences in the dimensions of teacher support and coping with difficulties.Third,the learning adaptation of junior high school students is good on the whole;In terms of gender,girls' study satisfaction is high;In terms of grade,the learning adaptability of junior three students was the highest,and the learning satisfaction of junior one students was the highest.And the family lives in the land,the city student is higher than the township and the countryside obviously.Fourth,junior high school students have two kinds of mastery goals: positive prediction of learning adaptability and academic toughness,while negative prediction of achievement avoidance goals.There is a significant positive correlation between academic toughness and learning adaptability of junior middle school students.Fifth,Middle school students' academic toughness plays a part in mediating between achievement goal orientation and learning adaptability.
