| As a vulnerable group,adolescent children of seafarers are prone to the phenomenon of family alienation and have a series of irreconcilable problems in interpersonal relationship.Puberty is a high-risk period of alienation.After entering puberty,with the maturity of physiology,adolescents exhibit fragile and sensitive characteristics in emotional experience which often making it difficult for them to establish positive and effective emotional connections with others.Sense of alienation in adolescence has become one of the important issues in today's society.A variety of factors in the life situation affect the alienation of teenagers,including school environment,family environment,peer,etc..The factors that directly affect the behavior and response of adolescents are families,schools,and peers.Family is the main factor affecting the sense of alienation.Due to the special nature of the father's occupation,the seafarers'families have been unable to get in touch with each other constantly.The long-term lacking of father role-playing aggravates the problem of family alienation.The first part of the thesis clarifies the background and significance of this research,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and explains the concepts,theoretical basis and research methods involved in this research.The second part of the thesis analyzes three seafarers'cases and uses Erikson's personality development theory and family function theory to evaluate the needs of the clients.The third part of the thesis focuses on the needs of the clients,selects the structure family therapy to intervene and effectively alleviates the problem of family alienation.The fourth part of the thesis evaluates the service process and the results of this intervention service.Social worker also helps the families to establish new family structures.The fifth part of the thesis reflects the insufficiency of the social work intervention service and puts forward the rationalization proposal. |
