The winter sports,having distinct geographical features,became special project of the teaching content in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province more than 10 years.They become the most popular activities in students who was born in southern and northern areas,though due to limitation of space facilities,climate conditions and other reasons,some students are "unwillingness" do practices.These winter curriculum sports can improve students to participate in outdoor exercises,and enhance health quality.They also attract more college students to pay more attention to public classes and physical exercises and meanwhile the love for ice-snow sports.With the improvement of the life level,The change of skating equipment,the expension the skating field in and out of the house and also with the success of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,suddenly ice-snow effect of three hundred million people,all these have become the public physical education teaching driving force in Colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province.Therefore,only by correctly understanding the dialectical relationship between the economic and social development,the improvement of people's lives and the progress of science and technology and the development of Public Physical Education in Heilongjiang colleges and universities,can we achieve sustainable development of Public Physical Education in winter.The teaching of Public Physical Education in Colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province is a complex systematic project.It requires not only the corresponding teaching environment conditions as a guarantee,but also closely related to the curriculum,teaching objectives and teaching methods.Daqing city is located in the north of China.It has nature advantages of cold winter climate,the longest ice and snow retention period for skating and skiing.Ten years ago,the winter public class has been incorporated into the teaching system of Daqing colleges and universities.To explore the development path of Public Physical Education in five colleges and universities in Daqing(hereinafter referred to as five schools),it is beneficial not only to enhance the teaching effect of the five school's public physical education,but also to implement the national initiative of implementing the national fitness and sunshine sports in and out of school.In view of this,this study uses literature,expert interview and questionnaire survey to analyze and do the research according to the basic situation,restricting factors,driving mechanism and development path in five schools.It is divided into four parts.The first part is the basic status of the winter public class teaching in the five schools.Compulsory courses and elective courses are given priority to other courses,which were taught for two academic hours once or twice weekly,the class contents focus on the basic speed skating technique.At present,teaching site has become the bottleneck of Public Physical Education in winter.PE teachers,which is insufficient number,still have ideas like:"However I teach,how you learn" "Whatever I teach,you learn that "in consciousness.The second part is the restrictive factors of the winter public class in the five schools.Students born Southern areas are fond of winter public P.E.more than that born in Northern areas.Students dislike to have public winter class out of negative traditional ideological ideas,some students even simply drop in classes.One disadvantage of public class teaching is teaching site being limited to artificial site,natural site and skating center,on the other hand,skiing and ice skating halls and sites have not been effectively developed and utilized.The expense of maintaining the site has become a difficult problem in winter sports teaching,heavy teaching load and disproportion limits winter sports teaching seriously.The third part is the motive mechanism of the teaching in winter public class in five schools.Group training,differential teaching and teaching models are used in class.Increasing the construction of artificial sites and necessary equipment used in class,changing the thinking concept,understanding it from the emotional and personality training are needed.To strengthen the consciousness of development of physical education,teachers should be accepted regular training,and become disseminators of physical education curriculum.The fourth part is the development path of the winter public class in the five schools.The winter public classes set multi-level ice sports project based on ice-snow sports events in order to strengthen the interestingness and gameplay such as figure skating,curling,soccer and other indoor snow sports courses.The school and the students share the rent,equipment expenditure and social public sports sites to give students more autonomy to stimulate their interest in class and individuality and to lay the foundation for lifelong physical education,school students,family and society three-in-one pattern can strive to improve the quality of physical education and ensure the development of Public Physical Education Teaching in winter.
