A Study On The Current College Physical Discipline Construction Situation And Path In Yunnan

The level of academic development is not only an important symbol of the level of the academy,management characteristics and influence of the university which is but also fundamental way to enhance the core competitiveness of the university.The discipline of physical education in colleges and universities in Yunnan Province is affected by local economic and geographical factors,so that it is lagging behind in the competition of subject of sports in domestic colleges and universities,especially with the comprehensive strength of physical education in middle and eastern colleges and universities.In order to find out the foundation of the discipline construction in Yunnan Province,to make up the shortcomings of the discipline construction,to explore the line of thought and path of Yunnan Province,this study takes the theory of competitive advantage and collaborative innovation as the theoretical basis.Through the literature method,And the interview law on the development of physical education in Yunnan Province,the empirical study of the situation.The conclusions are as follows:1 From 8 aspects of Sports disciplines in Yunnan province analysis,found that discipline structure and layout,teachers,personnel training,scientific research,reputation and social services,discipline management of the 6 dimensions of the problem.2 Disciplinary structure and layout is unreasonable reflected in four aspects: First,the physical department of the discipline is too narrow coverage,most of the physical education departments are only set up the professional teaching of physical education,the remaining professional set less;Second,the province a total of 15 There are only four schools,no less than the number of disciplines,disciplinary structure is not complete;third is uneven distribution,the provincial capital of 6 schools,the remaining 15 cities and counties only 9 schools;four graduate students Enrollment is too small,the province's annual physical education graduate students only less than 150 people.3 The teachers' academic qualifications are generally low,the title structure is basically reasonable,but the distribution is uneven,the teachers are young and middle-aged teachers,and the high level of academic leaders are scarce.The existing academic leaders are more than 50 years old.4 Personnel training process to improve the quality of teaching,master points less,master tutor,doctor tutor number to be increased.Yuxi Normal College and Northwestern University jointly cultivate postgraduates of sports,experience is worth learning from universities in the province.5 Scientific research comprehensive strength is obviously insufficient,the performance of the number of papers,but the number of core papers less;commitment to scientific research projects,teaching reform projects mostly provincial and ministerial level,no national,major issues.6 Sports disciplines of social services narrow,poor awareness,low conversion rate,the service platform is basically no policy support is not enough and so on.7 Sports discipline management system is rigid,serious administrative,disciplinary docking social needs are not close,sports and other disciplines lack of communication between the platform and space.8 Idea first,optimize the layout of disciplines,doctoral degree to fill the blank;formed by both master authorization institutions led by State Sports College as method of collaborative construction;strengthen the construction of teaching staff,to achieve innovation in the personnel system;improve the quality of personnel training,optimize talent the knowledge structure and quality,strengthen the cultivation of students' practical ability and entrepreneurial ability.
