Objective: to understand the correlation between adult physical activity and physical health and mental state by studying adult physical activity level, mental state and current physical health status,so as to provide theoretical support for adult scientific fitness.Research object and method: this study takes the correlation between physical activity and physical health of adults as the research object;A total of 331 adults aged 20-39 years in a research institute were selected as subjects, including 195 males and 136 females. The international physical activity questionnaire(IPAQ)was used to measure adult physical activity levels.Psychological state scale(adult version)was used to measure individual psychological state. The physical fitness test includes physical fitness indicators such as height, weight, body fat rate,20-meter turn run, handgrip strength, sitting forward bend and fixed load push.SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data. Results: 1.Among adults, higher intensity physical activity accounts for a higher proportion of total physical activity.Compared with male adults and female adults, women's moderate intensity physical activity is lower than that of men.In walking and high-intensity physical activity, women are also lower than male adults,t-test between the two,P<0.01,with a significant difference.2.There was a positive correlation between vo2 Max and physical activity in male adults aged 20-39 years(r=0.168,P < 0.05).There was a low positive correlation between grip strength and physical activity in males, which was statistically significant(r=0.200,P<0.01).There was a low positive correlation between handgrip strength and physical activity in women, which was statistically significant(r=0.216,P<0.05).Total physical activity level was positively correlated with vo2 Max,grip strength and fixed load pushing, and had a significant correlation(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with body fat rate, and had a significant correlation(P<0.01).3.The total physical activity level of male adults is significantly correlated with social adaptation and social support(P<0.01)and negatively correlated with self-depreciation(P<0.05).There was a significant correlation between social support and total physical activity level in adults aged 30-34 years(r=0.310,P<0.01),and between physical health satisfaction and total physical activity level(r=0.237,P<0.05).Social support and social resilience of adults aged 35-39 years were significantly positively correlated with total physical activity level(P<0.01),and active adjustment was significantly correlated with total physical activity level(P<0.05).Total physical activity level is positively correlated with social support(r=0.197),and has a very significant correlation(P<0.01).It is positively correlated with social adaptation and physical health satisfaction, and has a significant correlation(P<0.05).Research conclusion:1.The level of physical activity will affect the individual's physical health,in which the total level of physical activity is positively correlated with the maximum oxygen uptake, handgrip strength and fixed load pushing; And the body fat rate was negatively correlated.2.The total physical activity level of male adults has a low positive correlation with social adaptation and social support, and a low negative correlation with self-depreciation;Social support, physical satisfaction and total physical activity levels in adults aged 30-34years;The total physical activity level of adults aged 35-39 years is related to social support, social resilience and positive adjustment.3.Overall,the total physical activity was positively correlated with the indicators of social adaptation, social support and physical health satisfaction of both male and female subjects, but all of them were of low degree.
