With the development of information technology,the information level of education is higher and higher.Information technology has been used in the field of education,so that teaching mode has been constantly innovated.In recent years,some tutoring institutions have made use of technical power to create "double teacher classroom" teaching form,which combines online teaching with offline teaching.This teaching form has developed rapidly in the tutoring institutions of primary and secondary schools.But this kind of teaching form is good or not,there is something worth studying.From the perspective of smart education,the present situation of the teaching form of "double teacher classroom" in tutoring institutions is investigated from the aspects of teachers,students and teaching resources.We hope to investigate and study the problems and reasons in the implementation of "double teacher classroom" in tutoring institutions,and give some corresponding suggestions.The methods of questionnaire survey,immersion observation and so on were used in the study.The results of the investigation show that the cooperation between on-line and offline double teacher teaching,the sharing of high-quality teachers,the teaching assistant teachers in the teaching process to improve their teaching ability.The students undefined learning needs are satisfied,the new form changes the students undefined learning methods and improves the students undefined learning effects,the hardware equipment is complete,the teaching resources are abundant,but the utilization rate of the network resources is low.Combined with the present situation of "double teacher classroom",the author further analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the problems: the teaching form of one speaker teaching multiple offline classes at the same time makes the opportunity of interaction between the lecturer teacher and offline students less;The proportion ofpart-time teachers in small and medium-sized organizations is large,and the training system of assistant teachers is not perfect,which leads to the high replacement frequency of assistant teachers;The dependence of classroom teaching activities on network and equipment is strong.It is easy to appear the problem that the failure of teaching equipment affects the teaching effect in the process of teaching.In view of the problems and reasons and combined with the "double teacher classroom" development reality,the following countermeasures are put forward: first,control the number of offline classes,increase the possibility of interaction between the lecturer and the offline students,and enhance the interaction between the lecturer and the student;Secondly,improve the training system of assistant teachers,so that the rights and interests of the assistant teachers are protected,so as to retain teachers to reduce the frequency of the replacement of assistant teachers;Finally,the standard of hardware facilities is established to minimize the influence of equipment factors on the classroom,and to improve the students undefined classroom experience.
