Comparative Study On The Concept Of Youth Shooting Technique Training In China And America

Based on the concept of the teenagers shooting training differences as the research object,through the years of youth basketball training facilities,through comparative analysis on the concept of sino-us youth shoot around,find out the differences and similarities of the two,can not only provide theoretical support for China's youth shooting technique training,can also further explore how to more scientific teenagers shooting training.Through the methods of literature review,expert interview and video analysis,this paper selects the differences in concepts between Chinese and American youth shooting skills training to study.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The domestic youth shooting training relatively lacks the scientific and perfect training principle.American youth shooting training has relatively complete science,system,complete training principles.2.In the shot classification,the domestic close-in shot classification has more put-back than the United States,and the United States has more floater and baby hook than China;The U.S.focuses on players mastering the skills of floater,runner and various layups.In China,there are few researches on the footwork of mid-range shot,follow-through,three-point shooting and free throw.In terms of bank shots,the domestic does not indicate the appropriate distance of bank shots,and the United States has specific data as a theoretical basis.3.In the basic shooting mechanics,domestic coaches have relatively few requirements on stance;The United States emphasized the importance of shooting line,low center of gravity and heel lift for shooting.For shooting hand,both China and the United States agree that the ball is held with the elbow under the ball,palm up,and with the fingers and finger pad.For the guide hand,both China and America agree to put it on the side of the ball,the thumbs of shooting hand and guide hand relative form T.American coaches believe in using fingers and finger pad to hold the ball in the palm of the hand,and there is no domestic emphasis on that..For the point of aim,Chinese and American view is different.The former is mostly the center of the front edge of the basket,while the latter is the center of the hoop.There is no specific data in China to support the arc of shooting and the angle of entry,and the US has specific data as the theoretical basis.There are few studies on follow through in China,and the United States emphasizes the importance of follow through.
