As a ball sport introduced from abroad,the difference between the two sports is that men and women can compete in the same field.In the scoring rules of the ball,there is a unique scoring method different from other ball sports--backward step single foot support shooting.By shooting in this way,players can effectively control their body,and keep balance and stability under the strong support of core strength,which can make the players play their level and ability normally,and make the hit rate to the maximum extent.This paper combs the previous research results on core strength,analyzes the mechanism principle of the relevant factors of core strength,and discusses how to maximize the core strength of players in the process of backward shooting,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the existing training methods of ball loading.This paper uses a variety of research methods such as questionnaire survey to study.The research object is Zhengzhou University youth team.For the sake of the complete sample,all players are investigated and analyzed.During the research process,the factors of training years are highlighted,so as to find out the influence of different training years on the core strength of players,and divide the athletes into reality on average by gender The total time of targeted implementation was 8 weeks in the test group and the control group.The core strength training is applied to all players in the experimental group and the traditional strength training is applied to all the players in the control group,so as to find out the difference between the two.Before the experiment,the eight level abdominal bridge test and the five-level side bridge(bilateral)test were selected as the core strength test indexes according to the interview and questionnaire survey.The in-situ backward shot,V-shaped backward step shot and horizontal backward step shot were used as the test indexes of shooting hit rate.Finally,after the data sorting and analysis,the results show that:1.after the experimental intervention,the results of the eight grade abdominal bridge and the fifth lateral bridge(bilateral)were significantly different(P value before and after the experiment < 0.05),and the core strength was greatly improved.2.after the experimental intervention,there was no significant difference between the eight grade abdominal bridge and the fifth grade lateral bridge(bilateral)test(P value > 0.05 before and after the experiment).Although the results of core strength test were improved in data,the increase was not significant.3.in the "V" type shooting and horizontal backward shot with high requirements for core strength,the P value is less than 0.05,which reflects that the load ball players strengthen the core strength training,and the moving backward step in unstable state can effectively improve the shooting hit rate.4.after the control group players participated in the traditional strength training,and tried to shoot by the players,the results showed that the shooting hit rate of the control group players did not significantly improve(P value > 0.05),especially for the "V" type shooting and the horizontal backward shot.But the shooting rate of the in-situ backward step shot did not significantly improve before and after the experiment,but the hit rate also increased by more than 20%,which indicates that the traditional training has a better improvement on the shooting hit rate with low technical requirements.5.both training methods have a good promotion effect on the shooting hit rate of the backwarding step of the ball loader,but the training effect of core strength training is more obvious.The hit rate in the unstable state is better than the traditional strength training,while the traditional strength training is inclined to improve the overall sports ability of the ball load players.Suggestions:1.since the ball loading is still in the initial stage in China,this study is mainly aimed at the young team members of Zhengzhou University.The experimental samples are relatively small and the years of the team are not high.It is suggested that the adult team players should be included in the experimental objects in the future research,and the number of experimental samples should be increased to expand the scope of the experiment to obtain accurate data.2.the proportion of core strength training should be increased properly in daily training of the ball load players.The training of core strength should be carried out in unstable condition,combined with the special technology of the ball loading movement,and the proportion of special training,core strength training and traditional training should be reasonably coordinated.3.the characteristics of the load ball movement require that the athletes have high physical control ability and complete the shooting process in the fast-paced movement.The players should strengthen the core strength training and integrate them with the shooting perfectly,so as to improve the shooting hit rate and sports performance.4.in the early stage of contact with the ball,the players should pay attention to the standardization of technical action.It is found that the athletes with solid basic skills and standard movement can improve their performance greatly. |
