Probability and statistics is one of the important contents of high school mathematics curriculum,and also an important part of high school students' mathematics core accomplishment.The United States and Russia are all mathematical powers,and the teaching of probability and statistics is earlier than that of our country,so it is of great practical significance to carry out the international comparative Study of the probability and statistical content of high school in China,the United States and Russia,which has certain reference value for perfecting the high school probability and statistical course teaching in our country.This study selected the latest versions of high school mathematics curriculum standards in three countries as the research object,including China's “General high school Mathematics curriculum Standards(2017)”,the United States “unified State Core Curriculum Standards(2010)”,the second generation of the Russian “Mathematical education standards,Model outline(2012)”,the Comprehensive use of literature analysis method,Comparative research method,text analysis method and quantitative analysis method are studied systematically,and the text comparative study of three National High School mathematics curriculum standards is carried out in the aspects of basic idea,curriculum goal,curriculum structure and course content in the Mathematics curriculum standard of Chinese and Russian high schools.The results show that the basic idea of high school mathematics curriculum in China is rich,the foundation and ability are highly valued,the content of the course is relatively comprehensive,the American high School mathematics curriculum pays more attention to the “coherence” of knowledge and “mathematical practice”,while the Russian high school mathematics curriculum attaches more importance to “the application of Information technology”.At the same time,this study selected the course difficulty calculation model proposed by Professor Ningzhong Shi,taking the high school curriculum standard “Probability and statistics” knowledge group as an example,compared the breadth,depth and overall difficulty of the content of “probability and statistics” in middle,American and Russian high schools.The results show that in terms of the breadth of the “probability and statistics” knowledge Group,China's high school curriculum standards have the most knowledge points,nearly half more than the United States,compared with the Russian basic level and depth of more than three times times more,in terms of depth,China's lowest depth,“understand” the level ofknowledge points more,the United States “understand” Russia's basic level and depth level“application” level of knowledge points more,in the Knowledge group teaching time,China's most class hours,followed by Russia's deep level,again the United States,and finally the Russian basic level,in the overall difficulty of the knowledge group,China's “probability and statistics” knowledge Group is more simple than the United States,It is harder than Russia's basic level and Russia's deep level.
