| At present,despite the opposition of other countries,the United States is unbridled in pursuing unilateralism,trade protectionism and other anti-globalization policies and measures,which have become increasingly intensified and cast a shadow over the world economy and international trade.In particular,the bullying measures taken by the United States against China and the inconsistent policy attitude of the United States government have posed severe challenges and threats to China's economy and trade,increasing the uncertainty of the external environment.Internally,China's service industry also has key problems to be solved.The international competitiveness of the service industry is not strong,and the effective supply,especially the effective supply of high-end services is insufficient to meet the people's growing material and cultural needs.As a result,the import of living services surges,and the export competitiveness of services is not strong,resulting in a huge deficit in the trade of services for many years,swallowing up the trade surplus of goods.In addition,the imbalance of the geographical structure and industrial structure of service trade also restricts the international competitiveness of China's service industry.How to improve the international competitiveness of service export through high-quality development and gradually reduce the huge trade deficit in service has become an important issue to be solved.With the development of information technology,modern service industry has changed its development mode from relying mainly on capital and labor input to relying mainly on the improvement of human capital quality.Based on the above considerations,this paper chooses the relationship between the improvement of human capital quality and the international competitiveness of China's service industry as the research topic of my graduation thesis.This paper uses the research methods of normative analysis and empirical analysis,theoretical analysis,literature analysis,comprehensive analysis,statistical analysis,comparative analysis,econometric analysis and other specific means to find out the breakthrough of this paper.Then,the status quo and problems of the international competitiveness of China's service industry are sorted out.Finally,the main factors affecting the international competitiveness of China's service industry are studied theoretically and empirically,especially the impact of human capital quality on the international competitiveness of China's service industry,in order to find a way to improve the international competitiveness of China's service industry.Around this research topic,the full text is divided into four parts.The first part is theoretical construction and analysis.Literature analysis was used to sort out and summarize the existing research results,put forward the shortcomings of the existing research,and put forward the research tasks for this paper.At the same time,the theory of international trade,human capital theory,endogenous growth theory,technology spillover effect theory and national competition advantage theory are sorted out to establish the theoretical basis and analysis framework for this paper.The second part is the analysis of real problems.Using statistical method,this part of the article summarizes the present situation of international competitiveness of China's service industry as a whole,and divisions,reveal weak at present,China's service industry as a whole international competitiveness,export capacity is insufficient,uneven divisions international competitiveness as well as the amount of human capital is relatively developed countries gap and other major problems,the research in this paper provides a target.The third part is theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.According to relevant theories and analytical framework,this part uses cobb-douglas production function and "diamond model" to analyze the main factors influencing the international competitiveness of China's service industry,especially the impact of the improvement of human capital quality on the international competitiveness of China's service industry,and puts forward corresponding theoretical inference.In the part of empirical test,the quality of human capital,per capita GDP,export of goods,development level of service industry,intensity of foreign direct investment,service openness and other variables are taken into consideration,and the theoretical inference is empirically tested by building an industry panel data measurement model.The fourth part is the conclusion and suggestion.According to the previous summary,the conclusion is drawn and the countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to improve the international competitiveness of China's service industry.This paper puts forward the following conclusions:first,the overall international competitiveness of China's service industry is not strong.The international competitiveness of different industries is uneven.Second,the quality of human capital is the key factor to enhance the international competitiveness of China's service industry.Human capital in the service industry is a kind of advanced production factor and a key factor to improve the international competitiveness of the service industry.The comparative advantage of China's international competitiveness in the service industry mainly comes from the cultivation and formation of high-level human capital.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of high-end service talents.Third,the inflow of foreign direct investment is conducive to enhancing the international competitiveness of China's service industry.This paper puts forward the following policy Suggestions:first,strengthen the cultivation and introduction of high-end service talents;Second,the government should provide policy support and guidance to improve the import and export mix.Third,we should improve the quality of foreign investment and enhance our ability to absorb and re-innovate.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:First,in the past,the human capital factor was used as the control variable affecting the international competitiveness of the service industry,and it was rarely studied as a key variable.In this paper,the Cobb-Douglas production function analysis framework in economics is included in the study of the international competitiveness of service industry.From the perspective of service production,according to the production characteristics of service industry,human capital is taken as the key influencing factor,theoretically deduced and Empirically,human capital is regarded as the advanced production factor in the service industry production,and it is the key factor to improve the quality and quantity of service supply.The key to improving the international competitiveness of the service industry is to improve the quality of human capital in the service industry.Secondly,according to the path of human capital's role in the international competitiveness of the service industry,it proposes to increase the ability to digest,absorb and re-innovate the introduction of technology spillovers into foreign capital by accelerating and introducing high-level human capital,and accelerate the trade of goods through high-level human capital.Counter measures to promote the development of the service industry,thereby improving the international competitiveness of China's service industry.The shortcoming of this paper is that,given the availability of data,the choice of the domestic service industry is limited.Nor has it been able to study the specific impact of human capital quality on the international competitiveness of the sub-sectors.Some of the control variables were limited by the data and were not included in the model. |
