Research On The Impact Of Human Capital To The International Competitiveness Of China's Intelligent Manufacturing Industry

With the rise of a new revolution in science and technology,intelligent manufacturing enterprises have gradually become a new direction for the development of enterprises.It is a very meaningful proposition to study the international competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing industry in China.However,different from the traditional manufacturing industry,the significant characteristics of intelligent manufacturing industry are knowledge,high-tech,human capital factors,as the endogenous power of the development of enterprises,the impact of intelligent manufacturing industry is self-evident.This paper focuses on five aspects.Firstly,this paper collects the import and export data of China's intelligent manufacturing industry from 2001 to 2016 and makes an empirical analysis of the current situation of the international competitiveness of China's intelligent manufacturing industry.Secondly,the influence of human capital on the international competitiveness of China's intelligent manufacturing industry is studied and designed.The selection of variables and the source of data are described in detail.Finally,the research model of this paper is constructed and the results of empirical test are analyzed.Then it analyzes the impact of human capital on the international competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing industry from the perspective of time lag.The research on the coordination between the human capital input level of each province(city,autonomous region)and the international competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing industry.Through the data deviation maximization processing and the construction of the coordination degree model,the analysis and research are carried out from the provinces,cities and regions.Finally,based on the perspective of human capital to enhance the international competitiveness of China's intelligent manufacturing industry strategy research.The paper mainly draws the following five conclusions:the first conclusion is that human capital has a positive impact on the international competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing industry;The second conclusion is that although the impact of human capital investment on the international competitiveness of smart manufacturing industry is not significant enough,it has a certain delay effect on the improvement of international competitiveness.With the continuous investment of human capital,its long-term promotion role has begun to become prominent;the third conclusion is that there is a strong correlation between the international competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing industry and the investment of human capital from the analysis of provinces(cities,autonomous regions);the fourth conclusion is that no more than 20%of the provinces in China are above the level of moderate coordination and more than 50%of the provinces are in the state of primary coordination according to the analysis of regional differences.The fifth conclusion is that there is a significant difference between the human capital input of intelligent manufacturing industry within the region(cities,autonomous regions)and the coordination of international competitiveness,which indicates that the regional economy and human capital investment resources are relatively concentrated.The radiation effect of developed provinces on neighboring provinces is not strong.
