Research and survey data show that test anxiety has become a common psychological problem among middle school students,especially high school three students,facing a “big test" in their life,many students will have anxiety,and even lead to some mental health problems.Because secondary vocational school students have the opportunity to take the spring college entrance examination to study in undergraduate schools,so,they like the general high school students,also will have exam anxiety.In this study,a secondary professional school in Wei Fang city was used as a pilot to investigate the detection rate of test anxiety among senior high school students of secondary vocational school,and on this basis,group psychological counseling was used for intervention.In this study,140 secondary vocational school as subjects,used Sarason test anxiety scale(TAS)understand the overall status of secondary vocational school exam anxiety in existence,highly interview students examination anxiety,analysis the main factors influencing the test anxiety,on the basis of 43 of the screen,highly grouping of students examination anxiety,intervene in stages,this research reported for the first round of the experimental group 8 times the process and the effect of group psychological counseling and a control group to compare,and after the experiment to the control group intervene.In the first round of the experiment,it was found that TAS scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different after the test,and the TAS scores of the experimental group were also significantly different before and after test.The following conclusions weredrawn based on qualitative analysis:(1)The detection rate of test anxiety among secondary vocational and senior high school students is relatively high.Among 138 subjects,29%,34.8% and 36.2%of them are light,medium and high test anxiety.(2)The main factors that affect the test anxiety of senior high school students are:inferiority complex,worry about the future,sensitivity to the evaluation of others,lack of learning skills,unreasonable cognition of the test,family factors,and examination scene.(3)Group psychological counseling can effectively relieve the test anxiety of senior high school students.(4)Group psychological counseling has a positive impact on secondary vocational students in improving their sense of identity,promoting self-acceptance stimulating their learning motivation and adjusting their learning pressure.
