Secondary vocational students are in the youth, and relationship troubles have become the main factor that influences their mental health levels. Interpersonal self-efficacy is the judgment of an individual about what level he can perform the activities before communicating with others, and is the individual internal psychological mechanism in the process of interpersonal communication. The purpose of this study is to investigate present situation of the secondary vocational student’s interpersonal self-efficacy, to explore whether interpersonal self-efficacy is associated with interpersonal relationship, and to intervene secondary vocational student’s interpersonal self-efficacy with group psychological counseling. At present, related research on interpersonal self-efficacy is less. To confirm the interpersonal relationship between self-efficacy and interpersonal relationships, and study the interpersonal group counseling self-efficacy intervention is conducive to further enrich the researches of the interpersonal self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship, and provide theoretical support and practical reference for the secondary vocational student’s interpersonal communication,and provoke the social attention on interpersonal self-efficacy and interpersonal situation for students.Study 1 uses Adolescent Interpersonal Communication Self-efficacy(AICSE) and Interpersonal Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale for the secondary vocational schools, 550 students, to measure interpersonal self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship; Study 2 chooses 64 students who are divided into experimental class and comparative class. The author combines psychology and group dynamics theory, and designs 12 group counseling courses, carries out a group psychological counseling intervention for 12 weeks of. Through the statistical analysis, conclusions are as follows:(1) There are significant gender differences with the secondary vocational student’s interpersonal self-efficacy;(2) There are no significant grade differences with secondary vocational students’ interpersonal self-efficacy;(3) There are significant differences between urban and rural areas with the secondary vocational student’s interpersonal self-efficacy;(4) There are significant gender differences with the secondary vocational student’sinterpersonal relationship;(5) There are no significant grade differences with secondary vocational students’ interpersonal relationship;(6) There are no significant differences between urban and rural areas with the secondary vocational student’s interpersonal relationship;(7) There are significant associations between secondary vocational students’ interpersonal self-efficacy and relationship;(8) Both secondary vocational students’ interpersonal self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship can be significantly improved through the intervention of group psychological counseling.
