Under the new development background,China is in a critical period of economic transformation.Vocational education is an equally important type of education as general education.Its goal is to train high-quality laborers and technically skilled personnel.However,as the current conventional talent training model does not match the industrial upgrade goals,with the economic development of various countries,international competition is intensifying,and countries have made modern apprentices the best choice for training high-quality workers.To cultivate skilled talents,the craftsmanship is the key.The implementation of the modern apprenticeship pilot program provides a fundamental guarantee for the cultivation of the artisan spirit of vocational students.At the same time,whether the effect of craftsmanship cultivation is significant is also an important indicator for testing the quality of modern apprenticeship cultivation.Therefore,the author explores the problems existing in the cultivation of craftsmanship in modern apprenticeship and the causes of these problems,and then provides specific strategies for improving the cultivation of craftsmanship in the current model of modern apprenticeship cultivation.This research is based on the discussion and combing of the theoretical issues related to modern apprenticeship and craftsmanship spirit,taking three vocational colleges in Shandong province that are piloting modern apprenticeships as research objects,and using questionnaire surveys and interviews to test modern apprenticeships.The in-depth investigation of the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in the higher vocational colleges of China and the analysis of the data obtained by the quantitative analysis software IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 and IBM SPSS Amos24.0found that the importance of the cultivation of craftsmanship in modern apprenticeship needs to be strengthened Ability needs to be improved,the content and methods of the assessment of the craftsmanship spirit are lacking,and the causes ofthe existing problems are analyzed.The main reasons include the lack of deep understanding of the significance of the cultivation of the craftsmanship,the immaturity of the teacher 's craftsmanship cultivation concept,and the craftsmanship spirit.The cultivation model is not established.On this basis,it proposes measures to strengthen the cultivation of craftsmanship.This study mainly puts forward four suggestions from the aspects of macro government,medium measure schools and enterprises,micro curriculum and teaching,etc.First,strengthen top-level design and improve safeguards;second,create Cultivate the environment,enrich the corporate culture and campus culture;three is to strengthen the construction of teachers and cultivate artisan teachers;four is to optimize curriculum settings and innovative curriculum evaluation;fifth is to integrate tool rationality and value rationality to promote the cultivation of craftsmanship. |
