In March 2016,Li Keqiang,the premier of the State Council,raised the spirit of "craftsman" in the government's work report.China's "13th Five-Year plan" proposed to vigorously promote the new period of the artisan spirit ".In the nineteen major reports,it is pointed out that we should build a knowledge-based,skilled and innovative laborer's army,and carry forward the spirit of the model and the spirit of the craftsman.Entering the new era,the development of China's manufacturing industry put forward the idea of building " made in China " brand." Artisan spirit " itself implies the connotation of manufacturing power.The spirit of the craftsman,the core of which is the spirit of excellence,is an embodiment of the traditional professional ethics of our country.Higher vocational education is the training base of Chinese manufacturing " talent,is the cradle of qualified skilled talents so vigorously cultivate talents in higher vocational education,artisan spirit,the occupation as an important content of moral education,is the inevitable requirement of the new era of the development of Higher Vocational education.This study adopts the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,firstly analyzes the spirit and professional moral education theory,defines the concept of professional ethics education and spirit,and expounds the characteristics of the spirit,content,and the bearing values and practical significance,analysis of the current higher vocational ethics education into the spirit of craftsman in the important role.Second,the empirical research part,can be divided into three steps: first step,using questionnaire and descriptive statistics method,analysis the current situation of professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges,degree of attention to the professional ethics education from school,the situation of students' professional morality and professional ethics education goals and contents,teachers configuration,professional ethics education of occupational moral education teaching methods and evaluation methods of occupational moral education of six aspects,such as analysis of the status quo of the current higher vocational colleges to carry out the professional ethics education.The second step is to use qualitative analysis method to deeply analyze the problems existing in education and the causes of the problems according to the conclusions of the questionnaire survey.Third step,using structural equation model and quantitative statistical methods such as principal component analysis,inspection craftsman spiritual influence on professional moral level four dimensions of higher vocational students,the results show that higher vocational students spirit and consciousness of wuxi,honest and trustworthy,pioneering innovation has significantly positive correlation,there is no significant correlation with law-abiding consciousness.Finally,according to the theory of interpretation,as well as the results of empirical study,the paper sets up the "spirit" as the core of professional ethics education concept,optimized to "spirit" as the content of vocational moral education course system,construction guided by the "spirit" of the campus culture,building with "spirit" for the principle of teaching staff,etc.,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
