Study On The Cultivation Of Modern Craftsman Spirit Of Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the advent of the Industry 4.0 era,China's manufacturing industry is facing the challenge of upgrading from "Made in China" to Quality in China" and "Created in China".Social production has higher quality standards.The demand for talents is also stronger.The modern craftsman spirit,which contains the value of a new era,was born.The mission of higher vocational colleges is to train high-skilled personnel and highquality laborers who are at the forefront of production,construction,management,and service,and to train higher vocational students as the backbone of future social development.Leading the cultivation of modern vocational students with the spirit of modern artisans is very important for the development of their professional mission and responsibility.Only in this way can they shoulder the historical mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,it has become an inevitable trend to strengthen the research on the cultivation of modern artisan spirit for students in higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of modern craftsman spirit,this paper summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad through literature documentation,clarifies the current research status of modern craftsman spirit at home and abroad,and determines the ideas and methods of this paper.At the same time,the core concepts of higher vocational colleges and craftsmen's spirit are defined.From multiple dimensions,the connotation of modern craftsman's spirit and the characteristics of the times it contains are clarified.The theoretical basis of modern craftsman spirit research is determined,and the value and significance of the cultivation of modern craftsman spirit in vocational college students are put forward.Then,on the basis of literature review,the models and specific practices of German and American vocational colleges in the cultivation of craftsmanship were summarized,and the reference opinions for the cultivation of modern craftsmanship in China 's vocational colleges were summarized.Then on the basis of field research,three vocational colleges in Sichuan Province that have their own characteristics and achieved certain achievements in the cultivation of modern artisan spirits were selected for case analysis.The three vocational colleges summed up the modern artisan spirit of students.Measures taken in cultivation and the problems that still exist,and analyze the causes of the problems.Finally,by summarizing the existing experience of the three vocational colleges in Sichuan Province and the advanced model of the craftsmanship cultivation in Germany and the United States,we targeted and put forward improvement and optimization measures for the existing problems of modern artisan cultivation in these three vocational colleges.
