Research On The Cultivation Of Craftsman Spirit Of Vocational College Students

With the broadcasting of series documentaries,such as "great powers craftsman" and "I repair cultural relics in the Imperial Palace",the craftsman spirit has gradually returned to the public view,and its discussion has gradually become "hot".In 2016,the Prime Minister Li Keqiang,put forward the spirit of the craftsman in the work report of the government,and pushed the discussion and study of the craftsman spirit to the top.Some experts and scholars began to link the craftsman spirit with the cultivation of students in higher vocational colleges,which has injected new vitality into the cultivation of future high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.From this point of view,this study tends to explore the status quo of higher vocational college students’ craftsman spirit training.This paper analyzes the problems arising in the process of cultivating craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges,and provides solutions to the problems.The first part of the paper explains the reasons for choosing the topic,the significance of the topic,the domestic and foreign research review and research methods.The second part of the paper defines the core concepts of craftsman spirit,and combs the relationship between the craftsman spirit and the professional spirit,the core content and essential characteristics of the craftsman spirit,and the structure of the craftsman spirit.The third part of the paper is based on the questionnaires of higher vocational colleges students and interviews of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the status quo of the cultivation of the craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges.Based on the analysis results of the third part,the fourth part of the dissertation concludes that the problems existing in the training process of the craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges.The main points are summarized as follows: First,lacking of the concept of the craftsman spirit training in higher vocational colleges.Second,lacking of the craftsman spirit training policy system.Third,craftsman spirit related curriculum is not in place.Fourth,the craftsman spirit in classroom teaching activities is not adequate.Fifth,the campus environment construction needs to be improved.Sixth,lacking of skills in craftsman spirit in extracurricular activities.The fifth part of the paper puts forward corresponding solutions to the existing problems.First,it is necessary to set up the concept of craftsman spirit training and strengthen the understanding of the craftsman spiritual values.Second,we must do top-level design and improve the cultivating spirit of the craftsmen.Third,we must establish courses related to craftsman spirit and improve curriculum structure.Fourth,it is necessary to highlight thecraftsman spirit in classroom teaching activities.Fifth,we must optimize the campus environment and create a atmosphere of craftsman spirit.Sixth,it is necessary to based on the extracurricular activities,internalize craftsman spirit.
