Yoga originated in India more than 5,000 years ago,and has been developed to date.It has been popularized in the world.Whether it is in the west,which emphasizes "martial arts",or in China,which emphasizes "culture",yoga has become one of the most sought-after fitness activities in the world with its unique body exercises,breathing exercises,and mental adjustments.Yoga has been officially introduced into China since 1985.Yoga culture has spread rapidly in China,but there are a series of problems in the process of spread.Therefore,a better analysis of the development of yoga,guidance of the correct spread of yoga culture,promotion of yoga knowledge,enabling people to have a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of yoga and full integration into comprehensive fitness activities are not only conducive to actively promoting the construction of a healthy China,but also the needs of yoga's own development.In this paper,literature review,observation,interview,logical analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods are used to study the spread of yoga culture in China.From the perspective of communication,Lasswell's "5W" communication theory is used to analyze the five aspects of the spread of yoga culture in China: the main body,content,way,audience and effect.By combing the current situation of the spread of yoga culture in China,the characteristics of the spread of yoga in China are summarized,and the alienation of the spread of yoga culture in China,that is,the problems and negative effects in the spread process,are found out.1.Government departments,social organizations and individuals are the main body of communication,and the main body of communication is diversified;2.The communication content advocates the scientific body-building method combining body and mind,promotesyoga culture,and continuously expands the communication content;3.The transmission routes are diversified and fragmented.4.The audience is extensive and targeted.5.In terms of communication effect,it has promoted people to establish correct sports concepts and exercise habits.6.Communication problems are mainly reflected in the alienation of communication subjects,pursuit of interests and alienation of practice purposes.Alienation of communication content and over-trendy yoga propaganda;Communication audience's unilateral cognition of yoga;Communication effect dissimilation,yoga practice function solidification.In view of the alienation of the above yoga spread in China,the following digestion strategies are proposed: establishing a "gatekeeper" system and strengthening government supervision;Strengthening the voice of mainstream media and the guidance of public opinion leaders;Establish a feedback mechanism to give full play to the supervisory role of the masses;Promoting mutual recognition between Chinese culture and yoga culture;"People-oriented" to enhance cultural awareness;Social needs are diversified and yoga culture is living.Taking into account yoga's "practical rationality" and "cultural value".
