With the continuous deepening of China's education reform,higher requirements have been placed on the professional competence of teachers.Our country needs high-quality teachers to optimize the education system and structure.As a reserve force of the physical education teacher team,trainee teachers are in a sensitive period of professional ability development,a transition from theory to practice,and a stage of consolidation of the professional ability foundation.Therefore,through the research of PCK knowledge,thereby improving the professional ability of trainee teachers has a positive meaning and an important role.From the perspective of PCK(disciplinary teaching knowledge),this study uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,and case analysis method,and draws on the results of domestic and foreign research.Analyze the questionnaire and cooperate with case analysis to find out the differences and deficiencies between physical education teachers and experienced teachers,promote the generation of PCK knowledge of Physical education practice teacher,and promote the development of professional ability of physical education teachers.There are significant differences in the four dimensions of PCK knowledge between PE trainee teachers and experienced teachers.The total score of the content knowledge dimension is35 points,of which the average value of physical education teachers' scores is 24.65,and the average value of experience physical education teachers' s score is 31.94,and the difference test was performed P<0.01.The teaching knowledge dimension is divided into 25 points,Among them,the average score of physical education trainee teachers was 17.58,the average score of experienced physical education teachers is 22.35,and the difference test was performed P<0.01.The total score of the students' knowledge dimension is 15 points,among which the average score of physical education teachers is 10.84,the average score of experienced physical education teachers is 13.56,and the difference test is P<0.01.The situational knowledge dimension is divided into 15 points,in which the average score of physical education teachers is10.23,the average score of experienced physical education teachers is 13.35,and the score istested for difference P<0.01.In the analysis of the path generated by PCK,communicating with and experiencing teachers and observing learning is an effective development path to improve your subject teaching knowledge.It should be based on the professional knowledge of students' time,we should improve our professional level through teaching practice and reflection.At the same time,actively play an active and creative role in teaching to create colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should provide students with more opportunities for teaching practice,enrich the form of teaching practice,move from static book knowledge to dynamic classrooms,and consolidate student knowledge.
