Collective lesson preparation is an important teaching and research activity of middle school mathematics teachers.With the help of collective lesson preparation,teachers can give full play to the collective wisdom,solve the puzzles in teaching,and improve the efficiency of lesson preparation.The teachers of the lesson preparation group can use the collective lesson preparation activities to unify their thoughts and progress.Schools can also carry out collective lesson preparation activities to build an excellent teaching and research team.Therefore,the collective lesson preparation of high school mathematics teachers is of great significance to the development of mathematics education.This paper first introduces the definition of "high school mathematics teachers' collective lesson preparation",the relevant theoretical basis and existing research results,and then classifies and analyzes the general form and representative mode of the current high school mathematics teachers' collective lesson preparation through literature analysis.In this paper,through questionnaire investigation,interview method,participatory observation,investigation of Qingdao lacey had three high school mathematics teacher collective lesson preparation status,analyzes the existing each school teachers' collective lesson preparation system,summarizes some problems of the high school mathematics teacher collective lesson preparation,the teacher thought not value,no to come "for";Collective lesson preparation emphasizes teaching rather than research;Collective lesson preparation is equal to collective lesson plan;Group lesson preparation one person sing "solo";The school collective lesson preparation system is rigid;Collective lesson preparation lacks a reflective process.At the same time,in the process of research,the author focused on the use of various collective lesson preparation modes in the collective lesson preparation activities of high school mathematics,to understand the views and understanding of the first-line high school mathematics teachers on different collective lesson preparation modes.In view of the problems existing in the collective lesson preparation of high school mathematics teachers,combined with the literature analysis,the following improvement strategies are proposed: to improve teachers' understanding of the collective lesson preparation,and guide teachers to actively participate in the collective lesson preparation activities;The school collective lesson preparation system should have certain "freedom" and perfect the evaluation and incentive mechanism.Let teachers act as "researchers" in the collective lesson preparation activities;Using collective lesson preparation to prepare "good lessons";Strengthen the professional guidance to the collective lesson preparation;Choose the main and standby person for the collective lesson preparation;The correct use of collective lesson preparation results,highlight the teacher's personality;Integrate various forms of collective lesson preparation;This paper introduces "problem solving" into the collective lesson preparation of high school mathematics teachers.
