High school ideological and political curriculum comprehensive and current politics are strong,teaching involves a wide range,such particularity of high school ideological and political teachers’ comprehensive quality requirements,to their lesson preparation work formed a great challenge.Over the years,collective lesson preparation has been praised and recognized by the majority of schools and teachers because of its unique superiority in improving the comprehensive quality of ideological and political teachers and the quality of ideological and political education,and has achieved remarkable results in teaching practice.However,owing to a variety of elements,there are still a lot of issues with the present status of the group preparation of senior middle school ideology and politics tutors in China.Although scholars and front-line teachers in the past have conducted a lot of research on ideological and political teaching,there is relatively little research on the collective lesson preparedness of senior middle school Civics educators.Therefore,it is especially necessary and of great theoretical and practical significance to conduct a systematic study of the problems of collective lesson planning and their causes among senior middle school Civics teachers,and to propose appropriate enhancement strategies.The full text of the paper consists of four parts:Part I: Explaining the connotation of collective lesson development for senior middle school Civics teachers and the necessity of conducting it.The second part: taking X Middle School in Shanxi Province as an example,the current status of collective lesson preparedness among senior high school Civics teachers was analyzed on the basis of research interviews.The various forms of collective lesson planning for the senior middle school Civics teachers are firstly elaborated,whereupon the effectiveness achieved by the collective lesson planning for the senior middle school Civics teachers is analyzed,including the gradual improvement of the construction of collective lesson preparation system;School leaders pay more attention to;Promote the rapid growth of young ideological and political teachers;Improve the quality of classroom teaching.But at the same time,high school ideological and political teachers’ collective lesson preparation also has many problems,such as some ideological and political teachers’ negative attitude;The quality of personal preparation is not high;Limit teacher personality;Lack of teaching reflection;Teachers’ cooperation and communication is insufficient and mere formality;Management is too mechanized.Part three: In-depth analysis of senior middle school Civics teachers collective lesson preparation problems.At the teacher level,the main problems are the lack of awareness and competence in group class planning;the absence of professionalism;and the excessive physical and mental burden of work.At the level of lesson preparation group,the role of the leader of ideological and political lesson preparation is not fully played;Lack of institutional personnel division of labor schedule and good lesson preparation atmosphere.The school level includes the lack of targeted administration of communal course planning for senior middle school Civics teachers;One-sided evaluation and insufficient incentive;Relevant training is inadequate.Part four: Suggesting effective responses to enhance the group class work of senior middle school intellectual science teachers from three levels: teachers,preparation groups,and schools.On the faculty level,they should improve their understanding of collective lesson preparation and take the initiative to participate in it.Strengthen theoretical study,improve collective lesson preparation ability;Establish the concept of lifelong learning,strengthen cooperation and mutual assistance;Strengthen teaching reflection consciousness,enhance teaching reflection ability.At the level of lesson preparation group,we should play the core role of the leader of ideological and political lesson preparation;Strengthen ideological and political lesson preparation group team building,create a good lesson preparation atmosphere.The school level includes the improvement of collective lesson preparation management,improve the evaluation system;Carry out ideological and political teacher training,strengthen special guidance;Reduce the burden of ideological and political teachers,optimize the working environment.
