Lesson preparation is the basis of teaching work,the necessary preparation for teachers' classroom teaching,and the determinant factor that affects the quality of a lesson.Collective lesson preparation is one of the forms of lesson preparation.It is the process of the same grade teaching and research group teachers to formulate the teaching design process.With the in-depth advancement of new curriculum reform,collective lesson preparation mode has also been advocated by more and more schools.Good collective lesson preparation can improve the efficiency of lesson preparation,relatively reduce the burden on teachers,and effectively improve the quality of lesson preparation.Research is meaningful.Elementary school mathematics collective lesson preparation has played a great role in actual teaching work,but there are still many problems.In order to understand the current situation of primary school mathematics teacher collective lesson preparation,a collective one-year observation was made on the collective lesson preparation of M primary school.Investigate the effects of collective lesson preparation through interviews and in-depth classroom lectures.The survey found that the collective lesson preparation model of M primary school mathematics teachers has achieved certain results;the collective lesson preparation system is becoming more and more perfect,and the mathematics teaching is moving towards high quality and efficiency,which is conducive to improving the professional level of young teachers.However,there are still some problems.The quality of personal preparation is not high,the collective evaluation system is not complete,the content of collective lesson preparation is single,and the teacher's sense of independence is not strong.Based on previous experience and personal practice surveys,put forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems of collective preparation,improve the quality of personal preparation;improve the evaluation system for collective preparation;expand the tolerance of collective preparation for mathematics;and stimulate teachers' autonomous awareness.
