A Reseach On Student Counsellors' Practice Of Career Counselling In Jimei University

The employment of college students is related to the stability and development of society,the rationality and stability of the allocation of talent resources,the development of higher education,and the vital interests of the graduates and their families.Our government attach great importance to the employment of college students,require colleges and universities and relevant departments to provide career counselling services in an all-round way to help college students find jobs.Student counsellors are educators and trainers of college students,career counselling practice is one of their important jobs.Based on Jimei University,this paper makes a thorough study of the issues related to student counsellors' practice of career counselling,hoping to provide some ideas for the university or other universities to enhance the effectiveness of student counsellors' practice on career counselling,with professional and vocational construction of counsellor team.In this paper,the relevant concepts and theories are analyzed in the research process.The foreword explains the research background,research significance,research status and theoretical basis of this paper,gives the relevant research contents and methods.The second part analyses the environment and significance of student counsellors' practice on career counselling in Jimei University,including basic working environment,specific environment,basic situation and significance.The third part combines questionnaires and interviews to analyze the achievements and problems of student counsellors' practice on career counselling in Jimei University.The fourth part puts forward suggestions from three aspects:counsellors themselves,school and students to improve the effectiveness of student counsellors'practice on career counseiling in Jimei University,that is,counsellors should enhance the awareness and ability of career counselling,the school should establish a scientific guarantee and promotion mechanism,and the auxiliary team and feedback system among students.Finally,the full text is summarized and the direction of further research is prospected.
