Excellent traditional culture of China is the precious cultural heritage and spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation,and it is the spiritual source of national development.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China showed: Culture is the blood of the nation and the spiritual home of the people.The Communist Party of China has always attached much importance to the development and inheritance of the excellent traditional culture of China,and stressed that we should pay much attention to the traditional cultural education and inherit the great traditional spirits of Chinese.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that,we should take moral education and people cultivation as the fundamental task of education.The excellent traditional culture of China implicates rich moral education resources,and we should integrate it into the whole process of moral education in primary and secondary schools,which is beneficial to improve the level of moral education in primary and secondary schools and accomplish the fundamental task of moral education.This paper analyzes the connotation and main content of the excellent traditional culture of China and the whole process of moral education in primary and secondary schools,and has a detailed discussion on the integration of the excellent traditional culture of China into the theoretical basis of moral education in primary and secondary schools,and based on the in-depth investigation and analysis of its current status,it deeply analyzes and discusses the value and ways of the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the whole process of moral education in primary and secondary schools.It is the main goal for primary and secondary moral education to develop the Chinese excellent traditional culture education,and the rich moral educational resources contained in the Chinese excellent traditional culture can rich the content of moral education in primary and secondary schools,and provides students with education on national feelings,social care,and personality cultivation,so as to improve the moral quality of students in primary and secondary schools.Simultaneously,the three-way of moral education in schools,family and society nowadays are all the inheritance and development of family moral education,schools moral education and social moral education in the Chinese excellent traditional culture.The methods of moral education contained in the Chinese excellent traditional culture can also be applicated in the mordern society,which can expand the moral education methods effectively.From the four ways of integrating the whole process of moral education curriculum,the whole process of campus culture construction,the whole process of moral education practice,and the whole process of moral education management,we should set out to organically integrate the excellent traditional culture of China into the moral education in primary and secondary schools,so as to innovate its integration ways and methods,and accomplish the fundamental task of “moral education and people cultivation”.
