Research On Collaborative Governance Among Management,School Running And Evaluation Of Basic Education Under The Background Of ''Internet+"

Basic education governance modernization is an important embodiment of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.The Internet era provides new opportunities and challenges for China's basic education governance.The original education reform cannot meet the needs of The Times,so it is necessary and urgent to actively explore a new mode of education governance modernization under the background of "Internet +".Based on the theory of collaborative governance,this paper studies the collaborative governance of the management and evaluation of basic education and its collaborative governance subject,and comprehensively USES literature research,comparative research,case analysis and other research methods to study the collaborative governance of the management and evaluation of basic education in China under the background of "Internet +".First of all,this paper elaborates the theory of collaborative governance,the theoretical basis of collaborative governance in basic education management office evaluation.By summarizing the connotation and characteristics of collaborative governance as well as the relationship between management evaluation of basic education and collaborative governance,this paper expounds the applicability of applying the theory of collaborative governance to explore the collaborative governance of multiple subjects of management evaluation of basic education.Secondly,it elaborates the current situation of collaborative governance of management,office and evaluation of basic education in China under the background of "Internet +",namely,it elaborates the development situation,opportunities and challenges of collaborative governance of management,office and evaluation.In the development overview,the method of "first overall,then points" is adopted to elaborate the overall overview of collaborative governance,and then respectively elaborate the development overview of management,management and evaluation.In the face of challenges,the method of "divide first,total later" is adopted,and the challenges faced by management,management and evaluation are elaborated respectively first,and then the challenges faced by collaborative governance are elaborated.Then,the international comparison of collaborative governance is made.In other words,it explores the concrete practice of multi-subject collaborative governance of basic education in the United States,Britain,Japan and other countries under the background of "Internet plus",conducts international comparison and obtains enlightenment,and rationally cognizes andeffectively draws lessons from international experience based on China's national conditions.Finally,the paper discusses the path selection of collaborative governance of basic education management and evaluation under the background of "Internet +".Take "Internet +" as the vitality factor and embed it into each link of management,evaluation and collaborative governance of basic education.The technology and thinking based on the Internet establish an internal connection with collaborative governance.First,the path of collaborative governance within each subsystem of management,management and evaluation is optimized,and then the path of the overall collaborative governance of the management,evaluation and evaluation system is optimized.In this paper,we study "Internet +" under the background of basic education management review of collaborative governance,its purpose lies in through cooperative work of multiple subject and further activate the management of the basic education,dynamic and pluralistic evaluation activity,make the foundation education management office review run more smoothly,to further promote the modernization of basic education management system and management ability.Its core lies in the establishment of "Internet +" and the basic education management evaluation of the internal relationship between collaborative governance.Based on the Internet's openness,networked,flooding in the sexual characteristics to provide technical support for the collaborative governance idea and thinking,break the traditional curing hierarchical management mode,construct interactive network structure,at the same level equal to multiple subject based on the equal status of information disclosure,responsibilities clear,interaction and relationship to reshape,multiple possible cooperation and depth fusion,and on this basis to further promote the realization of cooperative governance target.
