Research On Social Work Intervention In The Social Relationship Dilemma Of New Employees ——Take Hohhot X Postgraduate Entrance Examination Training Institution As An Example

According to the number of applicants for the postgraduate examination published on the official website of the Ministry of education,the number of applicants for the postgraduate entrance examination in 2021 has exceeded 3.77 million,but the admission rate only accounts for 30% of the number of applicants,which shows that most candidates for the postgraduate entrance examination will fail.In order to obtain employment in the future,more candidates for the postgraduate entrance examination can increase their employment chips,and more candidates choose to continue preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination.The low admission rate also shows that these candidates have to spend a lot of time and energy to focus on the postgraduate examination.They also have to give up employment opportunities and the maintenance of social relations.In addition,they have to face the high-risk consequences of the failure of the postgraduate examination,which will lead to a decline in their quality of life,The psychology also suffered a heavy blow.This leads to the main psychological problems they face:anxiety and tension,depression tendency,interpersonal tension,negative psychology and physiological psychological problems.These problems have seriously damaged the physical and mental health of the candidates for the postgraduate entrance examination,resulting in their inability to review effectively,falling into a vicious circle of failure in the postgraduate entrance examination-Review-re postgraduate entrance examination,wasting a lot of time,energy and money.Social work is a service activity guided by altruism,based on scientific knowledge and using scientific methods to help people.As a social worker,in the face of the psychological problems of the candidates,under the guidance of their professional values and the support of professional theories,the author skillfully uses the skills of professional knowledge to carry out professional service intervention,help the candidates to solve their psychological problems,so that the candidates can return to the normal preparation state and enter the high-efficiency review state.Based on the investigation,interview and observation of the candidates of a postgraduate entrance examination training institution in Hohhot,this paper basically understands the current situation of the candidates of postgraduate entrance examination,carries out a two-month group work on the psychological problems of the candidates of postgraduate entrance examination,and affects the candidates of postgraduate entrance examination to form a healthy psychological environment through group activities.This paper is mainly divided into two parts.That is,introduction and text.The introduction mainly includes the research background,research significance,definition of relevant concepts,literature review,theoretical basis,research methods,research objects and innovations.The main body includes one,two and three.1 、 It mainly describes the basic situation of the institution where the research object is located,as well as the basic situation of the research object and the analysis of the causes of the psychological problems of the research object.2、 It mainly describes the relevant conditions of carrying out group work,including the preparation of group activities,the implementation of group activities,the evaluation of group activities,etc.3、 It mainly describes the reflection and suggestions on the group work,including the problems existing in the group work,the relevant intervention experience obtained for the development of the group work,and makes an overall summary of the whole group work,reflects on the problems involved,and in combination with the intervention effect,suggests that the society should pay more attention to the group of candidates for the postgraduate entrance examination,and the social media should correctly publicize the values of the postgraduate entrance examination,It is also necessary to start with the personal and family reasons of the research object,learn to relieve the pressure,establish a benign way of communication with others,especially parents,and get encouragement and support.It is also necessary to reasonably plan the learning content so that they can maintain a healthy attitude and prepare for the exam.
