The Competitiveness Analysis Based On Financial Perspective Of B Postgraduate Entrance Examination Training Institutions

As the amount of students,enrolled in the Entrance Examinations of Graduate School,increasing dramatically in the recent years,the registered number of Year 2020 has mounted to 3.4 million,which would cause the difficulty for the Examinations rising greatly and,meanwhile,the training industry for the exams booming significantly.However,the competitiveness of the training organization would,to some extent,be influenced by the factors of the management such as training quality,advertising promotion,operating scale and the like.Under such circumstance,it is theoretically significant and meaningfully practical to evaluate the level of competitiveness and propose effective solutions for the training organizations.This study,based on the current related researches,has utilized and researched the example of B Training Institution for the Entrance Examinations of Graduate Schools.With the reference and support from the theoretical instructions of Poter’s Diamond Model,the Finance Strategy Management Theory,the Resource-based Theory and the Stakeholder Theory,the competitiveness of the B Training Institution has been analyzed through SWOT approaches;also,combining the industry characteristics from the financial aspect,it has finalized the competitiveness index for B Training Institution;then,through the Analytic Hierarchy Process,setting weights and standard values,this study has established the evaluation index system to evaluate the enterprisecompetitiveness for the B Training Institution;finally,the targeted countermeasures and recommendations have been proposed with the further comparison and analysis between the B Training Institutions and the other two training organizations(H Training Institution and T Training Institution).The major findings of this study are as follows:1.The index system of evaluations towards the enterprise competitiveness majorly consists of profitability,solvency,developmental capability,internal operational ability and the scale capacity;also the 18 secondary indexes.2.The advantage of the B Training Institution lies in the stronger profitability,the lower Asset-liability Ratio and Financial Risk,and also the higher admission rates for its trainees.3.The disadvantages of lower competitiveness are the low quick ratio(the capital deficiency),the lack of technology input(the poor awareness towards the cultivation of trainer team),and the the small asset scale.4.Compared with the H and T training institutions,B Training Institution enjoys a stronger competitiveness,with the advantageous profitability,and the more stable reward rate of the enterprise total capital and cost-profit ratio;the comparatively stronger ability of development and advancement but lower input rate of research and development;the leading status of internal operation ability but the weak strength of scale development.In China,the sky-rocketing increase of the number of the training organizations for the Postgraduate Entrance Examinations is intensifying thecompetitions among training organizations.This study could not merely enhance the competitiveness of the B Training Institution,but also offer references for other industries seeking to improve their competitiveness.
