Objective: This paper aims to analyze the injury awareness and protection of short track speed skating professional athletes by conducting a questionnaire survey on the self-protection ability of short track speed skating athletes in Jilin Province and focusing on the topics of sports injury and self-recovery nursing.Related factors affecting ability, according to the questionnaire and interview results, proposed a series of interventions to improve athletes' awareness of sports injury protection and protective ability,so as to provide a basis and reference for improving the level of sports injury protection and prolonging effective sports life.Methods:1.Quantitative research: From July 2019 to November 2019,a group sampling method was used to select 70 short track speed skating professional athletes for questionnaire survey at the Changchun Ice Training Center. The questionnaire was divided into general information questionnaire and self-care ability measurement scale.Data were imported from Excel, statistical analysis was performed using SPSS19.0,measurement data descriptive of analysis was indicated by(x ?s),and count data were expressed by frequency and percentage.Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of the self-protection ability of short track speed skaters.2.Qualitative research: From December 2019 to January 2020,eight short track speed skating professional athletes were selected for qualitative research in Changchun Ice Training Center by using purpose sampling. The interview questions centered on the factors that affect the ability of short track skaters to protect against injuries, and how to prevent and respond to sports injuries.Semi-structured in-depth interviews were used for data collection, and data were compiled with reference to Colaizzi's seven-part analysis.Results:1.The short track skater's overall self-care ability score is(110.88 ± 18.27)points,which is generally on the upper-middle level. The scores of the four dimensions of self-care ability are: self-concept dimension(23.32 ± 5.06),self-care responsibility dimension(12.82± 4.47),health knowledge level dimension(41.43 ± 7.24),and self-care skill dimension(33.29 ± 7.83)points;short track skaters at high levels of self-concept,self-care responsibility, health knowledge level and self-care skills accounted for 67.2%,25.4%,34.3%,and 59.7%,respectively.2.The difference test results showed that the three factors, such as the consumption of sports nutrition supplements, whether they have participated in sports injury management knowledge or skills training, and attitudes to learning and mastering sports injury rehabilitation knowledge and skills, impacted the overall self-care ability score score. There are statistical differences(P <0.05);in terms of dimensional influencing factors, the intake of sports nutrition supplements, sports injury management training experience, and attitudes towards learning injury protection knowledge have an impact on self-care responsibility,self-care skills, and health knowledge level(P <0.05).Among them, the impact of training experience on self-care responsibility and self-care skills, and the attitude of learning damage prevention knowledge to self-care skills were significant(P <0.01),and no factors affecting self-concept were found.3.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the training experience of sports injury management, the consumption of sports nutrition supplements, and the attitude to learning about injury protection knowledge(sorted according to the absolute value of the standardized regression coefficient)are the factors that affect the overall level of injury self-protection of short track skaters. The main factors are: the intake of sports nutrition supplements affects the level of self-concept;no influential factors in the dimension of self-care responsibility enter the regression equation;2 independent variables, such as the team doctor's equipment and training experience, enter the short track speed skaters and impair their self-care ability Regression equations of influencing factors of knowledge level;two independent variables of training experience and attitude towardslearning damage prevention knowledge entered into the regression equations of influencing factors of short track speed skater injury self-protection ability and self-protection skill level.4.The qualitative research results show that the factors influencing the self-protection ability of short track speed skaters include: the educational level of coaches, the sense of responsibility and humor of team doctors, the athlete's support system, and academic advancement.Measures to improve the ability of self-care injury include: mindfulness meditation, excavation of sports interests and motivation, use of support systems, and the power of faith.Conclusion:1.The overall self-protection ability of short track speed skaters in Jilin Province is generally at a moderately high level. The level of self-concept and self-care skills is high, the level of health knowledge is above the middle level, and the level of self-care responsibility is low.2.The factors affecting the self-protection ability of short track speed skaters in Jilin Province are not significantly different.Comprehensive difference analysis and regression analysis, the influencing factors of the overall level of self-care are "nutrition","training",and "attitude";the taking of sports nutrition supplements is an influencing factor of the self-concept dimension;self-care responsibility dimension,self-care skill dimension, health The main influencing factors of the knowledge level dimension are the taking of sports nutrition supplements, the team doctor's configuration, training experience, and attitudes to learning about injury prevention knowledge. At the same time, the coach's teaching art level and attitude, the team doctor's sense of responsibility and humor,Factors such as active and retired benefits, the relationship between athletes, and academic advancement can also affect the level of injury and self-protection ability of short track skaters.3.In addition to strengthening injury-related knowledge, skill training, and improving athletes' awareness of the importance of injury protection, coaches' teaching arts, mindfulness meditation, excavation of sports interest and motivation, use of support systems, and the power of faith also improve the professional athletes' injury self-care Capacity measures.
